AAnonymous User✨We decided to go on the 3rd at the last minute, booked a room online, and set off on the 4th. We arrived at our destination, the Guangyuan International Conference Center at Zifeng Mountain, in about 50 minutes. The surrounding scenery was quite nice. We climbed Zifeng Mountain, ate some local Feixi farm-style food, and the roasted free-range chicken was especially delicious, haha! The hotel service was pretty good; thank you to the handsome receptionist, Mr. Wang, for helping us take our order!
✨In the afternoon, we played ball. The children's playground, though small, had everything we needed, and our two kids had a great time.
✨In short, it's a great place to take the kids out for a weekend getaway!

GGuest UserBlue crystal hotel environment is clean and comfortable, the room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft, the rest is very good. The breakfast shop is downstairs. It is very convenient. The front desk service is intimate and thoughtful, the location is convenient, the price is super high, the overall experience is superb.

AAnonymous UserOur two-night stay in the courtyard room was quite relaxing and enjoyable. The environment was lovely, the restaurant served delicious food, and there's a spot for fishing. Although the courtyard was small, it was very cozy to sit in and perfect for taking photos. The butler service was excellent; they were always responsive and answered all our questions. During the holiday season, it was evident that the staff were working very hard. My family had a good rest, and the children had a great time, so overall, I gave it a positive rating.
However! Compared to other guesthouses of similar or even lower price points, when fully booked, their capacity to handle guests clearly fell short. For example, our room was still being cleaned close to the 3 PM check-in time. During check-in, the staff were so busy they couldn't even offer water. There was also a lack of staff guidance from parking to check-in and luggage assistance. At 9 PM, the hot water ran out halfway through my shower, forcing a cold one, and there was no prior warning that this could be an issue (I reported it to the butler, but received no follow-up beyond an apology). At dinner, many guests at the restaurant were kept waiting for their dishes. The layout of the courtyard room wasn't very practical; one side of the electric screen curtain was broken, and there were quite a few mosquitoes. Although I asked the butler for insect repellent, it really should have been provided proactively.
It was also a bit disappointing that the complimentary 'goodnight sweet soup' had to be picked up from the restaurant. Information about activities at the activity center was only available upon direct inquiry. The painted fan activity advertised was no longer available, yet it was still listed on the blackboard and promoted online. In reality, there weren't many activities to do.
If service quality cannot be guaranteed, why not open fewer rooms and focus more on service quality? I hope the hotel management considers improvements for the future. Overall, I found it acceptable, but it didn't quite live up to the hype, especially considering the value for money during the holiday season.

GGuest UserVery good. The bath is very good. The environment downstairs is also very good. The room is soundproof. I asked for two new slippers and they were delivered in basically two minutes. Then check-in was also very fast. The room was clean and there was no odor. Overall, it is worth staying next time

GGuest UserAfter booking the room, the housekeeper will add WeChat in advance to make arrangements. Any problems during the stay will be handled by the corresponding staff. The breakfast and lunch are really rich, and 2 adults and 1 child can't finish them. Dinner is ordered, and melon seeds and peanuts are also delivered after dinner. It's so comfortable with a cup of black tea. The farm allows free feeding of small animals, boating, swings, slides, and tents. The children made a ceramic bowl and wrote their names on it. Will the meals be more delicious in the future? 😋, after picking vegetables, I took the rice wine sent by the farm home. I will come again next time when spring comes.

GGuest UserThe newly opened hotel is located near a scenic area in Feixi County. The facilities are new, the surrounding area is quiet, and the air is fresh. The building is like a courtyard house, with natural light and greenery. I went for breakfast a little late, and the chef specially made me fried egg noodles in clear broth, along with their homemade pickles—very nice! 🙂

Secondly, the hotel's hardware and software facilities are very good, the mattress is quite suitable for hardness, and there are different types of pillows for customers to choose from, which is very user-friendly and exceeded my expectations!

The room is quite big, the facilities are complete, and the air conditioning is good. The internet speed is fast, the TV has live broadcast, about 200 meters from Sanhe Ancient Town, very satisfied.
