該店兩個問題：1.下單到店後，前台阿姨説我訂的是“特價房”，衹能在當天12點前到店入住，過時要累計加錢，否則不可入住；（該所謂“特價房”入住並沒有在平台下單前的須知中説明）2.平台顯示該房退房時間為14點前，前台阿姨卻要求12點前退房
