SShakilacaoThe reception was warm and welcoming, and the dinner and breakfast were delicious. You didn't have to leave the room, they would be delivered to the room. The whole house is hygienic and clean, and there are electric heaters to cool down at night. The mattress was great to sleep on and the duvet was warm. Two large beds, a family of four traveling together, a very comfortable stay!

我們住的房型是兩個卧室，都是1.8米大床，客廳超級大。一切都很滿意，明年暑假再來。
一個小建議，配備個晾掛衣服的架子，可移動摺疊的那種。

The toilet has automatic heating, the shower is also very large, and the water pressure is a little bit worse, but the resources here are scarce and understandable. The eldest sister in the restaurant has a very good attitude. The children with children will remind you not to make a round table, because there is a turntable glass, which is unstable and unsafe. My car parked behind the boss's Porsche. The boss saw that I was sorting my luggage and deliberately moved the car away to make room for me.

Facilities: Free upgraded suite, two inside and outside, clean and tidy, hot water is sufficient, very warm, and the water is very soft, there will be white bubbles, really good. The only thing that is not so good is that the room is a bit old and may need ventilation. It was already cold in the morning and evening, and we arrived in the middle of the night and shivered. Friends who came to Mangui remember to bring more equipment.
Service: Not bad, breakfast is not very timely, when we arrived, many dishes were gone, and the replenishment speed was not fast. It was not professional enough compared to the first small hotel in Erguna.
Overall a good place to stay.

AAnonymous User1、酒店沒有前台，要去邊上的伊克薩瑪酒店前台辦理入住和退房。
2、進入酒店全程入住過程談不上服務可言，找房間找不到，客房區域一個人沒有，樓梯沒有引路標誌，早餐服務員挺好的。管家服務不存在。健身房沒看見。
3、房間設施很新，味道很大，建議放一陣味道在繼續營業。自來水質很差。
4、早晨9：55客房服務就來敲門確認是否可以打掃，在門口一直絮絮叨叨説我怎麼還沒退房，你們要是蛐蛐客人能不能別在門口？挺煩的。
5、停車區域很寬敞。

GGuest User早餐特別不好，那個大叔態度也特別不好，我們桌上坐了八個大人一個小朋友，給我們上了9顆水煮蛋，兩小碟鹹菜絲，一盆米粥和11個小花捲，因為是不認識的人拼座在一起的，大家不好意思夾剩下的兩個，就讓大叔再給上一些花捲，他説“你們那不還沒吃完呢嗎，吃完再上”大家都説每人才吃了一個，剩下的不夠分所以都不好意思去夾，大叔氣呼呼的又給拿了幾個，呃……其實完全可以不送早餐的，送不起就不要送，大家出來玩兒誰還吃不起頓飯嗎？！就是覺得早上着急趕路，在酒店吃一口比較省事兒，誰知道一大早受頓氣。
