GGuest UserThe hotel has a good environment, a good location, the reception service at the front desk is warm and free to upgrade the room type, thoughtful, the room cleaning is timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated to handling problems in time, put themselves in the care of the guests, very satisfied with a stay experience, I feel the warmth of home, the beds are comfortable, the supplies are intimate, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel.

SShakilacaoThe reception was warm and welcoming, and the dinner and breakfast were delicious. You didn't have to leave the room, they would be delivered to the room. The whole house is hygienic and clean, and there are electric heaters to cool down at night. The mattress was great to sleep on and the duvet was warm. Two large beds, a family of four traveling together, a very comfortable stay!

LLingdaThe hotel upgraded the room for free, which was quite good. When we arrived that day, the lowest temperature was 3 degrees and the highest was 18 degrees. There was a heating fireplace in the room, which was turned on for one night.

我們住的房型是兩個卧室，都是1.8米大床，客廳超級大。一切都很滿意，明年暑假再來。
一個小建議，配備個晾掛衣服的架子，可移動摺疊的那種。

GGuest UserThe boss is warm, thoughtful, and considerate. We arrived in Genhe late and took the initiative to call to communicate. We also upgraded the smart home for free. The room is very warm, the single-family wooden house is very distinctive, the bathroom, mattress and quilt are very comfortable, and we felt at home. GGuest UserEnvironment: The feeling of an old-fashioned hotel, the interior is the look of the 1990s, it should be a local hotel that was originally very good, and it is now very good.
Facilities: Free upgraded suite, two inside and outside, clean and tidy, hot water is sufficient, very warm, and the water is very soft, there will be white bubbles, really good. The only thing that is not so good is that the room is a bit old and may need ventilation. It was already cold in the morning and evening, and we arrived in the middle of the night and shivered. Friends who came to Mangui remember to bring more equipment.
Service: Not bad, breakfast is not very timely, when we arrived, many dishes were gone, and the replenishment speed was not fast. It was not professional enough compared to the first small hotel in Erguna.
Overall a good place to stay.

AAnonymous User1. The hotel does not have a front desk, so you have to check in and check out at the Iqsamar hotel front desk on the side.
2. The whole check-in process of entering the hotel is not service at all. I can't find the room. There is no one in the room area. There is no guide sign on the stairs. The breakfast waiter is very good. Butler service does not exist. The gym did not see it.
3. The room facilities are very new and the taste is very big. It is recommended to put a taste in the business. The water quality is very poor.
4. At 9:55 in the morning, room service knocked on the door to confirm whether it could be cleaned. I kept chatting at the door and said why I hadn't checked out. Can you if you are a guest? Very annoying.
5, parking area is very spacious.
