A must-stay hotel for business trips to Haifeng. I've stayed at Wyndham and the newly opened Courtyard, but I feel that they just rely on the brand. Whether it's service, especially the decoration level and quality experience, they can't compare with VIP hotels at all. This time I stayed there and they even upgraded my room type. I've been to so many cities on business trips, and this hotel is really a very good hotel. Recommended!

The environment is nice and clean. They also gave me breakfast coupons, which saved me money on breakfast. I always choose this one every time I come back. However, it is next to the national highway, so some roads close to the road may have the sound of large vehicles passing by.

I called ahead to the hotel to request a room further from the elevator, and their service was excellent. Despite the hotel facing the street, we weren't disturbed by noise at night, except for the ***** New Year firecrackers :). Even our dog slept soundly and didn't bark, which was a welcome change. Breakfast was quite basic. The parking lot is conveniently located right behind the hotel. The only minor inconvenience is that you need to drive about 15 kilometers to find restaurants, but it wasn't a big deal for us. We even managed to grab a late-night snack after checking in :)

My stay at the Grand Cloud Hotel Shenzhen Shanwei Bay left a fantastic impression on me! Even though the hotel isn't in the very center of Shanwei, its location is excellent, situated in a developing area right next to a fishing village. The environment is quiet and refreshing. The room was spacious and bright; the deluxe sea-view room I stayed in received plenty of sunlight during the day, and the balcony directly overlooked the fishing village and the sea, offering a natural yet diverse view. The fishing village has retained its original charm, and it's quite enjoyable to take a stroll there and experience local fishing life. The hotel service was exceptional. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very attentive, and I especially want to thank Shuangshuang for her meticulous service. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options. The steamed dim sum, in particular, was authentic and delicious, with dishes like phoenix claws, tripe, shrimp dumplings, and siu mai – very satisfying. Dining and entertainment options nearby are also convenient, and in the evenings, you can take a walk through the bustling and lively streets nearby. Overall, this hotel offers a beautiful environment, comfortable rooms, attentive service, and excellent value for money. The next time I visit Shenzhen Shanwei Bay, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

Convenient location. Car parking available close to the entrance. The check-in staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are a very good size, extremely clean and tidy, with good facilities. WiFi worked well. I liked how quiet the rooms were. Could hardly hear anything and slept well as a result. The bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of local food places nearby and a spa that does relaxing foot massages is only a few minutes walk away. This hotel is good value for money and I will stay here again for sure.

Even if it is full, there is enough space for fun and it will not be crowded. The triangle house we live in is full of bamboo forests in front and behind the door, which makes people relax. The upper and lower floors are too excited for the two male babies. This stay is basically in a state of private, empty yourself, shout freely, too healing. Why write a review? I feel that the boss's operating cost is high, the place is too big, and I am worried about losing money. I want to come next year, hahaha. The disadvantages must be that the second floor of the triangle house must be hot in summer. I come in winter, 24 or five degrees, check in in the afternoon, the children jump on the second floor for a while, sweating all over their heads. But look at the shortcomings, it is not good, no hotel can live, right. I hope everyone will leave with a good mood.
