A friend recommended this hotel, saying it was the cleanest with the warmest service in Hepu, so I decisively chose to stay at Lavande Hotel. It was indeed a very comfortable stay. The front desk lady was incredibly welcoming, offering us fruit and even helping us take our luggage directly to the room – it truly felt like a home away from home. Our booked room included breakfast, and the breakfast area had a great ambiance. We woke up early for breakfast and even got to watch the sunrise from the restaurant. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and I particularly enjoyed their 'Lao You Fen' (old friend noodles). I would definitely choose to stay at Lavande Hotel again when traveling.

I have been staying in this very new hotel for two weeks on a business trip to Hepu County. In addition to the comfortable environment, I want to especially praise the super friendly staff in the hotel. Every day I go back to the hotel after get off work, I feel that I have a warm feeling. The service is really good. What needs to be responded to is super fast. Like it!

Facilities: I arrived on the road at night on the New Year's Eve. I couldn't turn on the TV for a long time. I booked two rooms. The TV couldn't be turned on. I went to the front desk twice. The front desk was waiting. The room staff waited in line for a long time to turn on the TV. The elderly had to watch the live broadcast of the Spring Festival Gala. TV was a flaw. Hygienic: The room is clean and hygienic, no smell is very good Environment: The surrounding area is relatively deserted, there are no restaurants, and I can't order takeaway at 30 nights. It's good to drive to the city center the next morning. Service: The front desk service is average, room service has one, turn on a TV and wait for more than 20 minutes

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, I slept until dawn, the service was very warm, the facilities were relatively new, the room was well lit, and there was a terrace with a lot of flowers. I will choose to stay next time.

Although it is a bit more expensive than other ordinary rooms, it is more comfortable than going to the Internet cafe, and there is also private space. The room is also very large and there are many small snacks in the lobby. The new house just entered the house. It is good to eat banquet dishes in Hepu. It is still delicious to eat and drink in Hepu. The seafood dinner is big fish and shrimp. The computer in the room is also good, on the 4th floor. The boss should also have made a new e-sports hotel account for the stay. Check in at 14:00 and check out at 14:00. You can apply for a late check-out at 15:00 after adding friends. Although I am useless, it is also an extra choice. I asked the front desk that there was a laundry room on the 8th floor. I didn’t want to use it. It was very cold two days before check-in. Hepu was cold. The air conditioning and heating in the room were also good. I also went down to eat a roast duck powder on the roadside downstairs. I bought a cup of brown sugar milk tea. A perfect trip, the room is exactly the same as described in the picture, and the sea can be seen from the balcony. And you can also see the beautiful sea view of sunrise and sunset. It is also very close to the scenic spot, and I walked back directly from the scenic road at night. The owner of the hotel is very nice. We turned on the air conditioner in advance before we arrived, and drove us to the entrance of the scenic spot. It was very intimate. Will choose next time.
