前台小姐姐人美心善，服務態度特別好，説話温柔有禮貌，辦理手續又快又細緻，還主動提醒圖書角和洗衣房的位置，有問必答特別有耐心。
圖書角安靜舒適，藏書不少，閑暇時能靜下心來讀會兒書；洗衣房設備新且乾淨，烘乾功能超實用，解決了旅行洗衣的麻煩。早餐豐富又美味，熱菜、主食、水果、飲品一應俱全，新鮮又可口。
