GGuest UserAdvantages: 1. The overall design of the B&B is quite good, and you can see that the designer hopes to create a new scene at every step. There are also many areas for children to do activities and adults to relax and drink tea. The overall environment is good; 2. The food is delicious and I ate three meals in a row without any disappointments; 3. The room area is quite large and the facilities are sanitary; 4. The stove-side tea-making set meal we ordered only includes one handmade activity, but because we have two children, the housekeeper generously gave us an extra one after communicating with us; 5. My husband drank too much and vomited on the cotton fabrics in the room. I asked for compensation, but the B&B did not accept it. I felt understood and tolerated for this, and I felt better. Things that need to be improved: 1. As the hotel is newly opened, it has not experienced winter yet. The air conditioning and hot water effects in the lobby and rooms are not very good. If it gets colder, it will probably affect the stay experience; 2. It feels a bit too busy during the meal peak. If you order food in advance, you must confirm with the customer service number repeatedly to avoid mistakes; 3. It is recommended that the staff wear uniforms to work. It feels a bit strange to not be able to tell who is the staff during the stay. Overall, although there are no value-added services such as small gifts, every staff member is warm and friendly when you seek help. I recommend it.

It was very convenient to call the front desk in the public area at night and work during the day. I had a rich breakfast with local specialties. It tasted good. AATOM-IIBecause of the heavy snow on the 22nd, we reserved the whole place on the 21st. It was really amazing. Every scene was amazing, mainly because the dogs were so well-behaved. Plus it was snowing, it was so atmospheric. If you come here in the summer, you can call a few friends or have a company meeting. Anyway, we will come again next time. Knowing it was my birthday, she specially decorated the place and sent champagne 🍾️. She was very enthusiastic. The auntie who cooked was also very nice. She heated up the food for us the next day for fear of waste. It was a warm and cozy stay!

The hotel has its own parking lot, and the sign is easy to find. It's very close to the Sky Theater, and there are plenty of good restaurants and shopping malls within a 5-6 kilometer radius.
The receptionist was also very warm and attentive, always providing smiling service, making me feel very welcome and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy; I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Liuyang!

GGuest UserThe projection was quite good, perfect for chatting and watching TV with friends. There was a TV in the small room, but we didn't use it, but the space was ample.
We received milk, fruit, and snacks upon check-in. Three breakfast coupons were given for our three-person stay. Breakfast consisted of rice noodles and a buffet, which was quite good.
The waiter was very responsive, even with requests for mineral water, dental floss, and other items.
Taxis were convenient, and the trip to and from the fireworks was affordable. The hotel is also not far from the city's attractions.
A few drawbacks: 1. The air conditioner was a bit loud; it would start after adjusting the temperature and would take a while to stop. 2. The night light, which detects movement and turns on, was a bit bright, which could wake light sleepers.

During check-in, she proactively introduced the hotel's amenities and local dining options, and even upgraded us to a room with a view – what a delightful surprise! The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the freshly made omelets and local specialty snacks were absolutely fantastic! The location was also incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!
