I thought I would leave a regret for this trip, because I accidentally left a very important thing in the room/lobby, and I had left the hotel when I found out. I was really anxious. I contacted the hotel with the mentality of trying it out. I didn't expect the staff to be very enthusiastic and responsible. Not only did they quickly help me find the lost items, but also took the initiative to contact me to confirm the mailing address and send it back to me as soon as possible. Throughout the process, from the front desk to the housekeeping department, every staff member showed a high professionalism and sincere service attitude, which made me feel the warmth of family. The hotel's facilities are also great, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is convenient, but what impressed me the most was their service spirit of urgency. I will definitely choose this hotel later and recommend it to friends! Highly recommend to all travelers who pay attention to service quality!

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation, and the hot water was consistently reliable. The soundproofing was also excellent. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient. They were also very responsive to any requests, which was great. Housekeeping in the work areas was meticulous, and the common areas were neat and elegant. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. It's my top choice for accommodation, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

AAnonymous UserThis is a better accommodation point in the nearby countryside. The air is fresh and the ingredients are all grown by themselves. The boss is very enthusiastic, but the facilities are worse. The big bed room for three people is set. The result is a hardwood board. This is also ok, but the board is really hard, the chopsticks are too thin, and there is no electricity at the bedside. , Can't charge the phone. The most ridiculous thing is that this is self-service hygiene. No one cleans it for three days. No one cleans the garbage. There are various disposable items in the corridor. I have encountered this situation for the first time in many years. I feel very interesting. But the outside environment is good, very quiet and the air is fresh.
