AAnonymous UserRegarding this place, I think my experience is the most genuine. I stayed there for about ten days during the Spring Festival when they first opened. At that time, I thought it was a hidden gem, great value for money, and highly recommended.
Last year, I stayed there for six or seven days as well. The feeling was the same.
This year, the price has gone up, which is understandable, it's a problem with their operating model. The front desk treats you differently depending on whether you have a membership card or not. When I called to report a problem, they didn't follow up and just let it go. There was no hot water in this weather, and I tolerated it when I showered at 11 PM. But when I showered at 7 AM, there was still no hot water. I called and they told me to let the water run for ten minutes. I did, but it was still cold. They said it wasn't peak shower time, etc. I'm speechless at this way of solving problems.
The previous two years, I never encountered this problem, no matter the time of day.
Also, most of the guests were from out of town, and they seemed to be trying to rip me off. I just bought a membership elsewhere, and they told me I wasn't a member and wanted me to pay extra to get one…
Don't try to be clever. At this price, I could easily find another place that wouldn't be any worse. For the same price, I'm extremely disappointed with your place.

GGuest UserService: You must stay at this hotel when you come here on business. This time I have to give a good review. When I checked in, I casually asked how to get to Bengbu High-speed Railway Station tomorrow morning easily. The beautiful woman at the front desk helped me reserve a car and picked me up at the hotel door and delivered me to the high-speed railway station. He said he would call the hotel the next time he came to Mengcheng and arrange a car to pick me up from the high-speed rail station. The service is nothing to say.
Facilities: Nothing wrong, very comfortable, good air conditioning, dual TV systems, both live TV and online TV.
Environment: There is Luckin Coffee opposite the hotel. I didn’t expect it. It’s good news for people on business trips.

AAnonymous User位置和前台服務挺好的，衞生也不錯。但是服務員可以讓客房經理培訓一下了。早晨退房時衹是問服務員要兩雙隨身可以攜帶的一次性拖鞋，我自己隨手拿了兩雙，出於禮貌和服務員説了一聲。沒想到直接給我拿掉一雙，説我們有監控看到不行。我想問問如果我不退房打電話給前台讓服務員送兩雙拖鞋，難道不給嗎？我也知道服務員累，不容易。但是服務確實需要開會時培訓一下。
