GGuest UserThe stay at Hanting Hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm reception of the front desk staff made me feel at home. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable, and the bed was soft, making me sleep well.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are many restaurants around, which meets all my needs. The breakfast is rich in variety and fresh and delicious, so I can start a new day with energy every day.
In particular, the hotel service team is very professional, they are always helpful, whether it is providing travel advice or solving my small problems, they are always patient and meticulous. The hotel facilities are also perfect, including free Wi-Fi.

1. Excellent location: close to the business district/scenic area, 5 minutes walk, travel and shopping are super convenient, saving a lot of commute time.
2. Intimate service: check-in at the front desk is very fast, take the initiative to inform the surrounding food and play guides; the room aunt cleans very clean every day, and will help supplement the toiletries, the details are in place.
3. Comfortable room: the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep experience is very good; the room has enough lighting, no smell, good sound insulation, very quiet at night, and does not affect the rest at all.
4. Cost-effective: This price can live in a hotel with such conditions is very worthwhile, and I will give priority to this place next time I come here!

1. Health needs to be improved: When I checked in, I found that the sheets had small stains, the bathroom floor was a bit damp, and the post-cleaning processing was not timely enough, which affected the first impression.
2. Poor sound insulation: the voices of the next room and the footsteps of the corridor can be clearly heard, and there is noise in the early morning, resulting in the quality of sleep affected.
3. Facilities aging: room air conditioning heating/refrigeration effect is poor, hot water needs to be put for a long time to heat up, the problem has not been completely solved after contacting the maintenance, and the experience is average.

Master Bao of the sightseeing team was also very good. When we went there was a bit late, he worked overtime to help us to the restaurant. The green vegetables in the Chinese restaurant are delicious and the service staff are great.

After the staff called me and said that there was no breakfast during the Chinese New Year. I said that it was ok. Later, after the first night of stay, the hotel front desk called me and said that I would take the initiative to compensate me 40 yuan to make up for the loss of my breakfast (the above are the hotel's active contact me, I have always wanted to compensate the hotel for breakfast), the next day when I checked out, the front desk changed shifts, saying that I had to make up 40 yuan, I said that you made it up to me yesterday because of breakfast. I showed him my order. It did include breakfast. Trip.com booked it. As a result, the staff began to dump the pot and said that the breakfast sent by the third-party platform was not their responsibility. I said that you contacted the front desk yesterday. He said that he could not contact him. It was obviously a good attitude to compensate me for the breakfast. The next day, I changed people to Yinyang. What did I say that Trip.com didn’t count. Now I go out and place orders on a third-party platform. It’s funny.

GGuest UserCan I rate it as super good? This is the place where I lived when I was a child. The big lion is still there, the May Day auditorium has been rebuilt, the familiar courtyard, the friendly local accent, and the enthusiastic service. I have two children and a pile of clothes. The customer service staff thoughtfully sent me a lot of hangers. They also gave me an extra breakfast and told me how to eat rice dumplings. Thank you hometown and thank you Poyang Hotel.

GGuest UserBecause we wanted to see the birds flying over Poyang Lake, and the travel guides said that Wunian Island in the Poyang Lake Grassland was more worthwhile than the Poyang Lake Wetland Park (no entrance fee, only a 50 yuan ferry fee for self-driving cars, passengers in the car are free), we booked this hotel. The scenery along the way from the hotel to the road was quite nice. Although the hotel looked like a farmhouse, the room was nicely decorated and had hotel-like amenities, somewhere in between. The landlady was very welcoming and easy to talk to, so we got an upgrade to our room. We were worried about not having enough food on the grassland, so we told the landlady, and she brought us steamed buns for breakfast (actually, there was food inside Changxing Village). Overall, it was a reasonably priced and affordable hotel.
