The hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a suite for free, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff (especially the lady) was warm and attentive, with a fantastic attitude. The robot delivery service for items to the room was very convenient and felt high-tech. Additionally, we could order late-night congee, which was a lovely, warm, and thoughtful detail. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

As an old hotel, although the air conditioner has a slight smell, the flaws are not concealed. Holiday prices are much more affordable than the surrounding new hotels. The rooms are old but well maintained, the bedding is washed and changed in time, and the bathroom hot water is stable. There is a large landscaped early terrace next to the store, which is great for watching the sunrise. The Chinese food on the second floor is good, and the self-service early dining is quite good. There are several restaurants opposite the store to choose from. It is worth mentioning that the staff who cleaned the room helped us organize the messy daily necessities and folded the clothes. This has never been encountered in other hotels. It is very heartwarming and awesome. You can choose this store when traveling to Chibi.

I traveled with friends, and overall it was alright. The hot springs are outside the hotel, requiring a walk. There are many hot spring pools with various temperatures and effects. The rooms are fairly standard, and the price is acceptable. The only drawback was the lack of a phone in the room, and the staff kept knocking on the door when we checked out, which was quite annoying.
