This Vienna hotel is really the most satisfying hotel in the Spring Festival! The location is good to find, there are everything around. The room was cleaned, the bedding was soft and the sleep was very good.
Especially the front desk lady sister service attitude is super good, very patient and careful to work quickly, experience full marks!

Very satisfied. The first time I came to Xiangyang, I didn’t know what was delicious. Zhang Mei at the front desk also helped me order takeaway and didn’t charge me money. It’s really good. 👍

In the mountains, hot water is not very well provided. The breakfast was not very good, with few varieties, no vegetables, and it was a bit cold. The children did not eat enough. When I checked in, I found hair on the bed and reported it to the front desk!
