The room is quite automated, and there is even a small controlled automatic curtain and lighting system. This is quite unexpected, and there is an automatic toilet. But Xiaodu seems to be unable to control the TV. The service is very warm and can rest well. Very close to the food street, it is very convenient to eat and drink.

It is very convenient to drive, not far from various attractions. The surrounding area is quiet, the night is well rested, and the first choice for tourist accommodation.

Maxwell the TravelerFantastic hotel. This was a classic hotel still keeping the old charm and style, very updated and extremely clean. All the staff were professional, attentive, courteous, and happy. Beautiful classical furniture and lobby, nice elevator, clean hallways, clean and updated rooms and amenities. And good price.

I booked this hotel to participate in the marathon. I can exchange a cup of coffee on the first floor. There are also many teas in the room for tasting. I heard that the breakfast is very good, but I didn't eat it because I had to get up early to go to the competition. If I have the opportunity to visit Xinyu next time, I will stay here again.

Guest UserEspecially suitable for couples to have a leisurely vacation. Living in the forest, the osmanthus flowers are blooming in October, and there are not many mosquitoes. There is mosquito repellent in the room. You can also sit on the terrace at night to watch the stars⭐, eat melon seeds and chat, which is very comfortable.
I brought my child here during the National Day holiday. The price is not much higher than usual weekends. I deliberately found a place with fewer people, which is in line with expectations.
After checking in at the front desk, you have to rely on the sightseeing bus to go back and forth, which children like the most; you need to walk up some stairs to go to the room, and the service staff will help carry the luggage; in addition, if you don’t take the sightseeing bus, there are many stairs to go up and down, which is suitable for exploration, but it’s a pity that the child is too young and doesn’t like it.
The service is full of details. They will add WeChat in advance. If you need anything, they will deliver it immediately. They will respond no matter how late it is. There are restaurants and coffee bars. Because there are not many people, the restaurant needs to be booked in advance. Because it happened to be a family member’s birthday, they sent longevity noodles. The coffee is normal price, there is no group purchase price, but it is a happy thing to have a coffee shop in the woods~
The nearby Xiabao Village is suitable for children to release their energy. There are children’s handicraft activities in the afternoon. We arranged plant rubbing that day, and the children had a lot of fun.
The only drawback is that the drainage in the room is not very good, and the water will overflow. I hope it can be improved.

Kevin3catThis time I drove from Wuhan to Guangdong and Fujian, and chose Xinyu City, Jiangxi as the first stop.
The hotel is in a good location, parking is convenient, the room is large with a bathtub, there are many choices of pillows, and it is a five-star standard bedding.
The breakfast is good and rich in variety. The overall style is Chinese, and there are fewer Western choices. The rice noodles are very Jiangxi-style. The surprise is that the lotus root and pork ribs soup is also very good 👍🏻The lotus root soup from Wuhan people is recognized
I will choose this one next time I come to Xinyu. It is very cost-effective.

Passing through Xinyu, we chose the Fairy Lake Qinlu Resort Hotel, which is 7 kilometers from the highway exit. We could easily explore the resort area and see Fairy Lake the next morning and evening. The rooms were new, clean, and tidy, and the price of 200+ RMB per room was really reasonable. The receptionist and the staff at both the Fairy Encounter restaurant were very welcoming and polite.

Anonymous UserThis was an extremely poor travel experience. My booking indicated breakfast was a buffet, but they only offered set meals. When I asked, they said there weren't many guests and there was no buffet. I asked if I could have a cup of coffee, and they said it was only available at the buffet breakfast, not here. The glass was cracked, and all three grapes were cut with a knife. The Nestlé instant coffee at least solved the problem. The two young female servers in the restaurant kept saying the same thing: ”I'm new, I just started, I don't know.” My friend asked curiously, ”Didn't the hotel train them before putting them on the job?” They couldn't even answer the most basic service questions. The air conditioning in the restroom next to the restaurant wasn't on, the toilet seat was broken, and it was so cold I wanted to escape. We checked in around 1 PM and went sightseeing without even entering the hotel. We returned around 7 PM and were led to a room after walking through numerous other rooms (I had specified a room near the elevator when booking; when I called the front desk, they explained that the air conditioning in rooms near the elevator wasn't working). They were understanding given it was the off-season, but our room was incredibly cold. The initial temperature was only around 9 degrees Celsius. The TV remote was sticky and filthy, so I called the front desk (the young woman there was very professional, polite, attentive, and quick to respond). They brought a customer service representative, replaced the remote with a clean one, and helped raise the air conditioning from 30 degrees to 33 degrees Celsius. It stayed at 13.5 degrees Celsius for at least three hours before finally reaching 19.5 degrees Celsius. During this time, we couldn't even shower. After 11 PM, when the room was warm enough, we went to shower, only to find the shower door wouldn't close properly. Wearing eco-friendly paper slippers, we were afraid to move around in the room because of the water near the adjacent bathroom door. We had to work together, one on each side, to close the shower door before we could even shower. By this point, I was so frustrated and annoyed that I didn't even want to look for a hotel anymore, so I complained to Ctrip customer service about this terrible stay. Unexpectedly, when the two of us girls opened the door early in the morning, we found that the deadbolt was completely useless and couldn't lock the door at all. We were absolutely furious with this hotel, which we had been following since we decided to stay. Some of the accompanying pictures show that the hotel's hard furnishings are great – the beach, BBQ area, campsite, and especially the riverside scenic bridge are very cleverly designed. We also saw that many villa complexes are about to open. However, the interior design was incredibly disappointing and didn't justify the price of over 600 yuan. The customer service manager suggested we change hotels and focus on training us on details, to identify problems in the rooms so we could report them promptly and truly guarantee service quality. My local friend kept apologizing, explaining that she chose to stay at this newly opened, well-known local hotel instead of going home, only to find she almost caught a cold and the breakfast was so basic, like a guesthouse. She wryly remarked that even budget hotels have better breakfasts, yet the staff seemed oblivious, thinking it was already quite lavish and demanding understanding because there were few guests. In reality, we only knew of one large tour group staying there. For a well-known local brand hotel to offer such perfunctory service is truly speechless. During my trip to Fairy Lake, from sightseeing to dining, the Fairy Lake Tourism Management Office (all four islands are worth visiting!) and Xianyuji (the male fish was delicious!) provided very satisfactory, high-quality experiences. Tianmu, however, is really just a trendy spot for photos; it's far from luxurious. I hope that next time I visit Fairy Lake, if this hotel still ranks highly, it will be truly convincing.
