The check-in was very fast. The front desk also upgraded the room intimately. I also took the initiative to recommend us to play around. Free parking in the backyard, and charging piles, really convenient. The laundry room and gym are quite complete. Yes Yes.

This time they also gave me a breakfast coupon and a box of milk... There is free coffee downstairs and there are also washing machines and dryers on the floor. The service is very good. Every time I go to Xixia, I live in this hotel. We booked five rooms in the group. Although there were some episodes in the middle, the service staff could actively deal with it. There was no complaint and they appreciated the professionalism of the service staff. Guest UserTo be fair, the room environment was okay, and the receptionist was alright, but there are a few things that need improvement. They should clarify the booking details before asking questions. It was a bit annoying that they called to demand compensation even though it wasn't my room, even after I clarified the situation. Also, regarding the water heaters, each room has its own, but the water pressure is too low, and the water is either too cold or extremely hot, making it unusable for showering.

It is speechless to place an order without providing an invoice on the mobile phone. The experience is very poor. I will definitely not live in such a hotel in the future! The front desk and the boss are very general! Hot water can't shower the hot water in winter is not hot enough to wash my face!
