Xuzhou Hotels with Breakfast

Hotel location is very good, travel is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and the sound insulation was good. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the toiletries were complete, the overall experience was great, the price was high, and I would choose to stay next time.

The hotel's location is great, very close to the subway, making it convenient to get anywhere quickly. The environment is comfortable and quiet, with good soundproofing, which is key for a good night's sleep. The blackout curtains also help. The staff are friendly, and there's complimentary tea. Five stars, highly recommended!

The second time I traveled to Xuzhou, I chose a nearby hotel because I was going to the Huaihai Battle Memorial Tower. This hotel seems to be home neo4.0, the latest version, the room is obviously more spacious than before, the color is also very comfortable blue, the overall is much better, more like Huazhu will be close. The entrance of the hotel is Line 2 and Line 3. It is very convenient to travel. It is opposite to the vegetable market and there is also a breakfast restaurant. It is very convenient. The Gongdesheng on the side is simply the king of cost-effectiveness. There are many people at dinner. The room arranged this time was on the side of the road, the window looked very bright, but it was a nightmare at night, noisy. The front desk took the initiative to greet and the service was very good. It would be better to prepare more water in the room. At least for the family room, 2 bottles are definitely not enough. It is very troublesome to remember to get it every time. Hello, I lived during the trip last week. After seeing me buy a bottle of water, I put a mineral water in the room every day. Although I can't drink it, at least I don't have to worry.

I initially wanted to give a 1-star rating. The front desk's efficiency and service process during check-in really frustrated me (only one staff member, a long wait, and they spent too much time with the previous guest, completely disregarding the queue behind them. When it was my turn, it took less than a minute, and they didn't proactively inform me about breakfast times, locations, or other hotel services). Upon arriving in the room, the 'drinks' were already cold. However, I'm giving four stars because while walking by the lake, I went to rest at the large gazebo and met a male staff member who was tending to the plants and putting up shade covers. He proactively greeted me and waved goodbye, reminding me of the familiar service awareness I experienced years ago when I worked in the hotel industry – true 5-star hotel service! Environment: I really loved the hotel's greenery; it was so comfortable for a stroll.

The room overlooked the Dacheng Hall of the Confucius Temple, offering a nice view. While not particularly spacious, the decor was aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast had a limited selection of hot dishes, but the tofu pudding and spicy soup were good. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were all very enthusiastic, demonstrating the service standards of a star-rated hotel. However, the room's soundproofing was poor. It was next to a pipe room, and the wall separating it from the adjacent room's bathroom was very thin. The loud drainage sounds at night and even conversations from the next room were clearly audible. There were no bathrobes in the room and no toilet seat covers, indicating incomplete amenities. The most disappointing aspect was discovering a lot of dust on the hangers when I went to hang clothes, clearly not having been wiped. Finally, I'd suggest a change to the parking procedure. It's quite inconvenient to have to call the front desk to report the license plate every time I exit the Confucius Temple parking lot. It would be better to register once for free entry and exit. I had to wait 10 minutes at the gate when I left to charge my car at midnight before the front desk finally processed it and lifted the barrier.

The Hampton by Hilton provided a perfect experience! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; I'd asked about printing before checking in, and they proactively helped me resolve it, which was very considerate. After checking out, I realized I'd left something behind, and the hotel contacted us immediately – very efficient and heartwarming service. The room was clean, tidy, cozy, and comfortable. Its location right in the center of Xuzhou makes getting around easy, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. Highly recommend!

Really nice hotel, new, clean, great location! The view from the room was really pretty, the laundry room and gym are functional, practical and clean! The shower in the room is really big, the amenities are also good. Love Atour’s toothbrushes 😂 A special big thanks to the staff for their sensibility, comprehension, patience and kindness, it was greatly appreciated. Thank you also for the gifts for our daughter!!! The breakfast is also good, I was really happy about the coffee machine that does cappuccino’s too, a big plus for me. Recommend!

Orange Crystal is classified as high-end on the Huazhu app, and the All Seasons is just comfortable. However, the check-in experience of this hotel disappointed me a little. The facilities are a little old, which is acceptable, but the service is not up to par. I found two mosquitoes when I was sleeping at night. I was bitten by a bag, one was killed, and the other escaped. I reported it to the front desk, and they immediately sent electric mosquito coils, saying that the aunt escaped into the room when she was cleaning the room. Later, when I was waiting for the elevator, I found that there were mosquitoes in the corridor, which showed that the whole high-rise hotel did not do a good job of mosquito control! Since I drove here and stayed for only two days, this hotel has its own parking lot and is not far from nearby attractions. I didn’t want to change hotels again, so I endured it and stayed for another night. When I went out at about 8 o’clock the next morning, I told the front desk that the room could be cleaned if I stayed longer. The front desk also confirmed it, and the hotel WeChat system also confirmed that the room would be cleaned if I stayed longer. As a result, when we returned to the hotel and prepared to rest at about 12:30, we found that it had not been cleaned yet. It was really speechless. After contacting the front desk, the reply said that it would come immediately, so we had no choice but to go out for a walk. Finally, in terms of details, the washing machine and dryer are equipped, but there are no small notes and pens for writing, and no laundry bags. Many guests forget to take them out after washing or drying, which makes it difficult for guests who need to use them later to contact. There is no QR code that can be scanned on the machine. All seasons hotels have them. After scanning the QR code on the machine, you will know when the washing is finished and you can come to pick it up. If it doesn't work, you can fill in and mark the room number on the note. You can ask the clerk to dry it after washing. If it is not returned after drying, it can be delivered to the room. I hope Orange Crystal can improve it. Finally, I have to complain again. You need to go down the stairs and then go up the stairs from the hotel parking lot to the hotel. It is not very convenient to carry a suitcase. If you don't want to carry it up and down, you need to go out of the parking lot and enter the hotel from the main entrance.

HOTEL REWARDS This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.
