This guesthouse is amazing! I came with friends, and it was great value for money since we split the bill. The view of the lake is right outside the curtains, and the water quality is fantastic. The bedding was comfortable, and you can enjoy activities like paddleboarding, fishing, and outdoor karaoke and barbecues in the evenings, with a refreshing lake breeze. It's only a ten-minute drive to attractions, super convenient, and the price is incredible. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

Dear Yangxin New Century Hotel Management: Hello! I want to complain to the staff at your hotel's breakfast noodle stall. The matter goes as follows: Yesterday during breakfast, I went to the noodle stall, the first time I clearly ordered a wide powder to the staff, the other party replied ”yes”. After two minutes, I asked my wide powder for the second time, and the other party looked blank, and responded with a ”ah?”, I didn't remember that I had ordered a meal, and I was ready to explain that I had ordered wide powder again. After waiting for a while, I went there for the third time and saw that the staff had been frying eggs and boiling eggs, and did not process my order at all. I asked again if the powder was ready. The other party was still surprised by ”ah” and said perfunctorily ”oh, I will cook immediately”. When I asked for it the fourth time, the staff suddenly shouted at me, “Isn’t your powder good? It’s there!” But I looked around and there was no powder for me. Then I found out that my wide powder had been held by another guest. The staff instead accused me: “I’m calling you, you don’t agree!” but in fact, he never called me from beginning to end, and I was sitting very close to the stall, and it was impossible to hear it. Throughout the process, the staff forgot the order many times, and did not make a correct call or reminder after the meal. As a result, my meal was taken away by others, and finally fell down. The attitude was very bad and there was no sense of service. The next day I complained about this problem. When the catering manager called back, not only did not face the service problem, but favored the staff, claiming that the waiter had called me, but I did not respond. It was obvious that I was covering up and hiding the service defects, which made me very dissatisfied. As a guest, we should have enjoyed a safe and comfortable dining service. This experience not only delayed the meal time, but also made people feel very bad. I hope the hotel can seriously verify the situation.

Not bad, the room is very good for the price, the service is not bad, at the beginning, the air conditioner in the room did not heat, immediately arranged to change, overall it is still very good, next time you live.
