GGuest UserUnsere Trip.com Buchung konnte erst nicht im System gefunden werden. Dies war aber kein Problem für die netten Damen am Empfang. Man hat uns dennoch erstmal ein Zimmer gegeben und anschließend in Ruhe alles geklärt. Sehr guter Service.
