"We were happy with our stay at Hotel Citrea and it was convenient for the town and rail/bus stations. The room was well styled and designed and the shower was excellent. Our twin bedded room had 2’6” beds so these felt a bit small but the bedding was good. We had a kettle, cups & tea tray in the room. 2 chairs and table made it comfortable. Sound proofing wasn’t the best but still good value, The staff gave very good customer service."

Amazing
AAntonyLovely family run hotel situated in the outskirts of Santander , in a rural location with stunning views. Javier the host was warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms are beautiful , clean and the shower is superb. Breakfast was perfect, with delicious Spanish offerings. We want to come back to stay longer, as so much to do in surrounding areas and this is a great place to stay. The only thing that could be improved would be to provide a fan or air conditioning unit .

GGuest UserExcellent “four star” hotel, Reception Staff helpful, professional and friendly, accommodation excellent. I do feel to pay an additional car parking charge of 15 euros in their underground garage area is frankly an unnecessary extra for hotel guests… parking in the surrounding streets is difficult. Food was just ordinary if a little overpriced, my Veal Entrecôte was mostly good but in parts tough and chewy, chips nothing outstanding, my advice would be to eat out at the many excellent restaurants in the adjoining street. Overall a good four star accommodation but restaurant is lacking due to average food and pricing just on the verge of being to high for what you get.

GGómezThe hotel is located in an industrial estate, about 20 minutes by car from the center of Santander. The facilities were not bad, but there were some pipes in sight and some stained carpets in the hall. The room itself was pretty good, it was large, and the bathroom was very spacious too. The only thing we missed was a minibar, but everything else was fine. I would surely stay there again.

MMan WahThe hotel is located near the city center and it takes about 13 minutes to reach the seaside, which is very convenient. The hotel has unique design and novel appearance. It is located in a residential area and the surrounding environment is not impressive. It is far away from the beach area, but there are public buses to get there, but the fare is more expensive. One trip is already 1.3 euros. Santander taxi is even more expensive, at least 25 euros from the hotel to the airport. The breakfast food at the hotel is of good quality and highly recommended. I stayed for 2 days and went to the city center to visit the beach every day and had seafood lunch and dinner. It was very comfortable and convenient.

GGuest UserCompletely recommended hotel, we had double room with outdoor view,very cosy,with modern decoration and the location at two streets of the center,to rise is expensive upwards but on the street there are mechanical stairs that lead you to the street of the The hotel and best the full breakfast with a variety of things. I would certainly stay again and the chic@s of the reception very friendly.

XXINYUEThe room is very small, some rooms can't find wifi or even no signal. The phone has been no service. My room is no light on the patio. It doesn't look like living in a cave. It's not ventilated. It's boring. Some rooms look like patios. Spain's soundproofing is poor but this place. The noise is very bad next door, what do I listen to clearly?
