AAnonymous UserThe hotel by the lake in the small town had beautiful views from the balcony rooms. It was very close to the old town and the lake, and there were many restaurants and shops downstairs. The French breakfast at the hotel was excellent. It was a very happy holiday! I only realized I had lost one of my Bluetooth earphones at the hotel when I boarded the train. I found it through customer service, but I don't know if they can help me send it back. However, it didn't spoil my trip. I recommend it.

UurvashibNice studio apartment at the centre of Annecy, super convenient location. Rooms are spacious with a kitchen if you need. You get the basic amenities, although it can be improved. Checking before 3 is difficult.
Overall, a good place to stay in Annecy.

It's a very stylish hotel—new, clean, and both the bathroom and toilet were comfortable to use.
The exposed beam right in the middle of the room was quite impressive. Coffee, cocoa, and hot water were available from 1 PM to 9 PM, so I never had trouble getting drinks.
The front desk staff were cheerful and kind!
The location was perfect, making for a peaceful stay! Thank you!

GGuest User10 minutes walk from the train station. Contrary to the old town. But it’s not far from the old town along the river. The whole can be simple and clean. Anasi is not big. If you don’t climb the mountain for two days, it’s enough.

The hotel can't accommodate many people; currently, it's two people per room. The room facilities are quite good, and I'm quite satisfied.

It was placed in the lobby, outside the front desk, and left in a space that was open and not closed outside. I said whether it could be placed inside. The boss refused and was angry.
