We were very charmed by our stay at the Pélican :)
The bakery attached to the hotel is divine (you can get a really hearty breakfast there), the staff is lovely, everything is clean, and the location is truly within walking distance.
Two minor details that didn't spoil our stay: the heating in the hallways was very high, and the view of the lake wasn't exceptional.
Another detail I greatly appreciated: the water fountain with mini glass water bottles, saving us from having to buy water outside or refill it from the taps in the room.

urvashibNice studio apartment at the centre of Annecy, super convenient location. Rooms are spacious with a kitchen if you need. You get the basic amenities, although it can be improved. Checking before 3 is difficult.
Overall, a good place to stay in Annecy.

From the room facilities and service to the breakfast, the Royal Palace Hotel was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. The staff were friendly, resolved issues promptly, and were very efficient. They also provided a complimentary valet service, which was likely a result of communication with Ctrip. (The price on the website at the time of booking differed from the actual price.)

Great location near the bus or train station, easy access to the popular attractions which are all walkable distance. One train stop to Annecy HQ. Staff are extremely polite and the room is clean!

Hotel location is less than ten minutes walk from the Anastasia Railway Station bus station, very convenient, the room is very compact, there is a small elevator, and paid breakfast, the bathroom is small, very clean, the reception is English, but responsive. There is no small refrigerator and tea bag coffee in the room, you can have a kettle, paper towels and coffee. The bathroom in the European Samsung accommodation is generally small, not suitable for big people.

The room is very small and the bathroom is even more, it is hard to move through it. Location is good, it is close to the station and the center. It has no heating but if a radiator.

The Mercure Hotel has a great location, about 400-500 meters from the train station. It's a 5-minute walk to the old town and a 2-minute walk to the church. The hotel can't accommodate many people; currently, it's two people per room. The room facilities are quite good, and I'm quite satisfied.

The hotel is located in a very quiet location. We were really welcomed ( small attention ) very laughing hosts, gentle and clean room, comfortable bed ...on will come back with honest pleasure.

Far from the center, walking minutes 20-25. In the hotel carton walls, everything is heard as neighbors cough, write, talk, at night if someone leaves the room, the door clapping sounds like the beginning of the 3rd world. Choose only from the price. The staff is welcome, we were called by a taxi when the cleaner refused to go there. In general, for his money, okay

Guest UserThe truth is that at first I was very happy, although the TV's control and Wi-Fi were very bad due to the place where it was located, the gentleman was worth it. In the end, he disrespected me, disgusted me, and I have no desire to remember that horrible old man.
