Basement parking is available. If you plan to park in the evening, you need to ask for a separate password for the main gate. I parked in the evening and left in the morning, and it was 4 euros. The room was so-so lol. I gave the counter clerk a 5 euro tip because I was grateful for the parking explanation, but the room wasn't cleaned at first, so I asked to change rooms. I got a different room, but the key didn't work again; I was a little annoyed that they made me go down twice, but I laughed it off.

beautiful hotel is located right next to the Cathedrale and within the city center. So close to all restaurants and a lovely walk in the city. Room is pretty and fully equipped with all amenities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Despite there is no lift to go up stairs, friendly staff was able to assist with the luggage. Highly recommended this hotel.

This is my third stay at the Campanile Hotel, and I really appreciate it for its value for money, location, and services. Its location makes it easy to visit the city of Metz, the room is comfortable and soundproofed for a good night's sleep, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. I will definitely return on a future trip.

Location is perfect, directly on mall and short walk to city center. Parking is underground.

The location is very good. It is just about 300 metres from the train station. From my apartment (217), I had a view of moving trains as the property is located close to the rail lines. It is just in the centre of Metz City, close to supermarkets such as Carrefour, Match and the rest. The facilities worked very well throughout my stay with the exception of the heater in my room. I improvised with the heater in the rest room. The interior is very neat though the exterior can be better. The staff mind their business but assisted when approached. I asked for an extension of 2 hours beyond the checkout time to relax before the scheduled time of my train to Paris and it was approved without stress.

Very happy with my stay. The room was nice, spacious witha balcony. Hotel is located in the middle of a forest park. Also there is a nice gastro restaurant just next to it. The hotel has a peaceful and calming vibe. The breakfast was good as well. After checking out, I could work in their lobby where thereare several sofas and free coffee, croissants and tea. They also have a nice terrasse outside. This area has a lot of activities especially if you are looking for a getaway or little holidays. I was there for a business trip. Would definitely come back for a little getaway.

We booked for a double roome with 2 beds, it is a very small room (yes, I knew this in advance) but since we only stayed for 1 night only. that was fine. If we have two big suitcases and we need to unfold both, we need to find our own arrangements. Anyhow, in general, the breakfast service was good! The reception desk was very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is not far from city center, located in a very quite place for living habitats I think. I give 4.5 / 5 points.

Very nice hotel, kind people there! Very recommended! The room is really clean! Usually I get allergic when staying in hotels, but this B&B really takes care of the cleanliness, so I didn’t get allergic during the stay! The location is also great, just in front of Thionville train station !

Everything was fine as expected from a budget hotel. Receptionists were nice, although they can’t really speak English. The only issue upon check in was that I was asked to pay the hotel fees again even if I already prepaid online. They said that they did not charge the card when i made the prepayment as it was only meant to reserve the rooms. So i paid right then and there at the reception once again. Then this morning, i check that both cards (the one used for prepayment and the one used at the reception) were actually charged. Now, i have duplicate payments which I’m still tryint to resolve with Trip customer service. In addition, we were suddenly awoken the next morning due to all the noise right outside our door. Somebody was shouting/talking so loudly and kept banging things. When i opened the door, it was the housekeeping lady. What is the purpose of putting the “do not disturb” sign on the door if the person who’s not supposed to disturb you is actually disturbing you from directly outside your room. This is the first time i have met such a loud housekeeper and the first time a housekeeper did not greet “good morning” eventhough we met eye-to-eye.
