GGuest UserExcellent! We were very! warmly welcomed at the reception, before we could not reach it because of a blocking the access road to the hotel and our Navi found no way. After a call at the hotel, a staffer came running from there! and opened the lock and led us alongside our car to the hotel. He then accompanied my husband to the parking place, because it was complicated to the reserved parking place in a large hall because of an event with a quite high dignity car, for which the police had blocked everything. This was an unusual event in Orange, but we were very helped from the hotel with the car. Our junior suite was very large with a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was the largest we had in 6 weeks of French holiday, all perfectly equipped, classic style, but with very beautiful pads/dls. The shower was very large and nothing was wet outside and the floor of the tile in the shower was not smooth, but very safe (much ! better than in most other hotels). Shower was a pleasure there! Everything was beautifully furnished, NOT as in another guest review written “loveless”, that is not true. The heating worked well (November) and you could sleep at open window, so beautifully quiet it was. We don't have breakfast there, so no opinion about it. Location perfect in the center. A wonderful stay, absolutely recommendable, thank the hotel and its staff!!

GGuest UserExcellent location, very comfortable private place to park the bike in the courtyard behind the hotel, a comfortable and spacious room, a little sacrifice bathroom and unfortunately the flexible plastic shower door that swipes with a failure closet ... very friendly, professional and available staff.

TT_HCozy and pleasant hotel with friendly staff. Although hotel and rooms outdated, old and noisy by room neighbours outside and above (we woke up almost every night because of upstairs room neighbours coming home late and hearing all noises and steps). Easy parking next to the hotel and walkable distance into city center. Can recommend!

GGuest UserWe were already the third time there perfect for our interim stop. The only thing I noticed at breakfast buffet is no longer as it was. Bsp the bread there were always 3 varieties, today only normal white bread. And my husband had fruits that were no longer quite fresh.
So today breakfast was not worth his money.
Otherwise we are satisfied

Only problems: we had to register at 14:00 with the board. She didn't recognize our booking number. We had to call a dedicated number. Then the phone was called to pay for the room, as it was already settled via Trip.
Small suggestion: To put the limit in a quo space protects the weather.
Apart from these difficulties, our seizure has been well-successful.
