GGuest UserVery interesting home inside the old walled village. Parking situation was not clear - There are no cars allowed in the village and parking is restricted outside but figured out we needed to park outside the walls, cart our luggage to the house and then the host provided pass to put in the car. Google maps directed us to the correct anddress. Overall the hospitality was good and rooms were very charming. Our room had a balcony overlooking the area. Would recommend to others.

GGuest UserDelightful boutique hotel within a stone's throw of the main old town/marketplace of ALBI. The staff at the hotel were very attentive and efficient. The room was very tastefully decorated in a modern style. Certainly worth the challenge of navigating the small lanes and parking convolutions to stay here. Good value. Excellent service. Great position. Recommend it.

GGuest UserLoved our stay at this hotel. First, the location, right on the River Tarne, with walking distance to the town centre and the magnificent Ste Cecile Cathedral. Very scenic location, and loved listening to the river. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with Nespresso coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was copious, lots of choices with varieties of Nespresso coffees available. Bonus that we didn’t have to pay for parking either, maybe because it was off season. We really loved the stay and will probably come back to stay again.

Las zonas comunes son geniales, hay juegos para los niños, gimnasio, sauna y una terraza con unas vistas muy chulas.
El punto negativo es que la insonorización no es muy buena y se escucha ruidos de la terraza en los pisos superiores y de los aires acondicionados o calefacción en los pisos más inferiores.
Nosotros tuvimos un problema con los ruidos y nos cambiaron de habitación.
El personal muy amable y resolutivo, dentro de sus posibilidades, el resto perfecto
Por decir algo más las almohadas no son muy cómodas pero eso es un poco personal.

CCarles QuerUbicación un poco alejada del centro pero con parking exterior en el hotel que lo compensa. Las chicas de recepción muy atentas pero no conocían ningún idioma que no fuera Franceés. Habitación muy limpia, buen desayuno con pan sin gluten.

ЕЕкатеринаAll in all I had a good stay. The lady at the reception was very helpful. The bathroom wasnt propely cleaned but they cleaned it after my complain. One has to take into account the reception has limited working hours - you have to tell arrival time in advance.
