Bandung City Hotels with Breakfast

The rooms are on the older side. There were mold marks on the bathroom blinds, the shower door doesn’t close properly so the water leaks toward the toilet bowl area. The worse part was the tap water was yellow. I had noticed it from the toilet in the executive lounge. Thought it was an isolated incident. Turned out it was also the same in my room. After checking with hotel, they admitted they’re having problem with the filtration system. The technician was in my room watching the tap run on the bathtub and this was for almost an hour, until we asked him to leave because it was already 21:30 and we wanted to sleep. Tap water was yellow with some black sediments from hot water tap. Water quality remained that way until i checked out the next day. No one from the hotel followed up on this issue at all. They did not announce to the guests that they’re having water quality problem. The staff at executive lounge, breakfast buffet were exceptional, though. Five stars for them.

Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

I recently stayed at Aryaduta Bandung and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a classic, elegant feel and is well-maintained, with a spacious lobby that gives a good first impression. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the city. The bed was cozy and made it easy to rest after a full day of exploring Bandung. Amenities were adequate, and everything I needed was provided without issue. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the whole experience stress-free. Breakfast had a good variety of local and international options. The taste was decent, and the dining area was comfortable even during busy hours. Location-wise, the hotel is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas in Bandung. Overall, Aryaduta Bandung offers good value for a comfortable and reliable stay. It may not be ultra-modern, but it delivers well on comfort, service, and convenience. I would consider staying here again for a future trip.

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and showed good hospitality throughout my stay. However, the room experience was disappointing due to the bathroom issues. The shower area had leaking problems, and the water pressure was extremely weak and inconsistent. After a long day, I look forward to a relaxing shower, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. The breakfast was another major letdown. While the dining area looked beautiful and comfortable, the food selection was very basic, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Most of the dishes tasted bland and uninspiring, making breakfast something I ended up skipping after the first day. Pros: ✅ Friendly and welcoming staff ✅ Clean and modern room design ✅ Nice ambience and comfortable environment Cons: ❌ Bathroom leakage issues ❌ Poor water pressure ❌ Tasteless and boring breakfast selection Overall, the hospitality was good, but the maintenance issues and breakfast quality significantly affected my stay. I hope the management will improve these areas because the hotel has great potential. 😮💨 A beautiful hotel is one thing, but a good shower and decent breakfast are what make guests want to come back. Unfortunately, both were missing during my stay.

Fantastic stay with great service and perfect location!I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and checked us in very quickly. Our room was spotless, modern, and offered a beautiful view of the city skyline. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. I also loved the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

It is a good location for sightseeing in Bandung city, as the Bandung Conference Memorial Hall and Asia-Africa Street are within a 5-minute walk. The room I stayed in was spacious and nice, but it didn't look like the room in the original photo and it seemed worse than that room. The advertisement photo shows the window on the left, but the window in the room I stayed in was on the right.
