Great

The hotel itself, rooms and location are absolutely top notch! And the top restaurant and bar food was super nice and tasty! Views are stunning. However, our checkin experince was the worst I have ever seen in any hotel ever. I booked a room at 9am for the same day and up until 8:30 PM we could not check in. Nothing was offered to us by the receptionist, not even a free drink or water at the bar or so while we waited with our luggage and watched people eat in the booked out restaurants. This checkin experience was not worthy of a hotel in that price range and class and initially spoiled the 5 night stay we had.

This hotel is fantastic! It's a villa-style hotel with everything you could need in the room: a washer and dryer, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, a kitchen, and a dishwasher—very convenient. The environment is also great, the pool and hot spring are nice, and the restaurant service is excellent. The food selection is average, but that's typical for white people, I guess. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I really enjoyed the hotel.

Spacious, airy room located on the 1st level with easy access to the pool and beach. Location is good with eateries and supermarket within walking distance. There's a good size gym which is useful for us to shed some pounds after tons of food tasting. The pool is crowded and vibrant with pits of camp fires around the seating areas in the evening. Its a pleasant stay generally.
