BbyudgIt feels like a family hotel. On the side of the main road, sound insulation is okay, and the sound of wooden floor sounds. The hotel is not large, there are two places for parking, and there are many locations.
The hotel is supplied by homemade biscuits from 6 to 7:00 every night, and outdoor hot ponds in the back garden from 8 to 9:00 in the evening can soak hot springs. After 8:00, there is no one at the front desk. Overall is relatively satisfied.
Breakfast is rich, there are various Greek yogurts, the grilled baked Walf cheese cheese pancakes, milk oatmeal juice, fresh fruits are all available.

GGuest UserThe room is small and crowded, barely enough for just living. The bedding and bathroom in the room are quite high-end. However, the service at the front desk was poor and not very friendly to Chinese people. When I checked in during a holiday in the United States, the waiter gave me a super bad room. The windows were full of equipment on the opposite floor, and it was impossible to open the curtains. When I asked to change rooms, the waiter's attitude was very bad.

GGuest UserYour prices were super good and it was such a lovely stay. It’s an old Victorian that’s in a nice residential area, close to downtown which I got familiarized with a bit. Great shops and Riverfront restaurants. Hit a lovely little Farmer’s Market Tuesday morning. The Hotel offered complimentary delicious breakfast ‘till 9:30, great snacks, coffee and tea available all day. Also, a fireplace and spa tub in my room. There is ample parking in the back. However, no elevators, so it was a bit of a workout getting everything upstairs myself. I was offered a downstairs room but I’d rather be upstairs so I considered the schlepping part of my workout. If anyone has limitations with walking, it would be quite challenging upstairs but downstairs seems very nice, too. They just were decorating for Christmas which was was beautiful and homey. I truly can’t wait to go back.

Compared with priceline, booking, and tripadviser, I found that Ctrip's offer is still quite competitive, and the information is basically accurate, including parking fees and whether you have to wait for food. I used to come back to review less frequently. I will refer to the user reviews here before booking this time. I feel that it is generally fair, so I also plan to take a moment to leave my personal feeling. Although subjective, I hope to have some reference.
The experience of staying at Napa Winery Inn was very good. The service and meals were in line with expectations. There was a fire pit at the door and wine tasting every day. The hotel changed the wine marketer every 2 months.

露露This is a Hilton resort hotel, the equipment is perfect, the receptionist is very interesting, and also helped us draw a map of the hotel. Parking is available in the backyard with free parking. The hotel serves evening drinks and breakfast the next day. After the Napa Valley viewing, you can have a light meal at the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, and there is also an American omelet. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's homemade chili sauce is really delicious. I read the comment saying that there is a swan inside the hotel, and I woke up in the morning and really saw it. There are two areas in the hotel. In the atrium, everyone can sit and eat and drink and chat. The outside landscape has fountains, swan, all kinds of small scenes, which are lively and interesting. Very holiday feeling, you can sleep lazily to wake up naturally~

GGuest UserPerson whi checked us in was an *****. Took us a while to find our room since front desk made number 1 look like a 6. Excellent room. Front desk is lacking customer service. Called them twice this morning because we could not turn shower on. Took engineering 30 minutes to arrive.
