Amazing
DDennisThis is the best hotel I have ever stayed in at a great rate. It is like a small one bedroom condo with dishes and unlimited k cups and cream. Quiet and excellent air conditioning. Close enough to the beach on Marco island and a free shuttle to the pier and close beaches with complimentary beach chair towels and a big sun umbrella. It started to rain so we called the shuttle and it appeared in less than ten minutes. Can’t wait to get back there next year.

GGuest UserNice rooms, very clean but the staff isn’t very friendly and accommodating. Needed a wheelchair for my pregnant fiancé who couldn’t walk at all and was throwing up profusely due to Her pregnancy and was told for Us to suck it up so I had to carry Her all the way up then back down the stairs to take Her to an emergency room to make sure everything was ok. Moved out the next day to the Hyatt House which was much better. It was an ok stay at Staybridge but Idk if I’d go back there anytime soon

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, but unfortunately the room fell short of expectations. The air conditioning unit takes up nearly half the wall where the window is, and it was extremely noisy throughout the night. We struggled to get a good night’s sleep, which really put a damper on our weekend getaway. During the day, the construction next to the pool made it impossible to enjoy.

GGuest UserTop, vriendelijk personeel. Hele grote kamer, je loopt zo 5th avenue op. Je kan zo doorlopen voor een mooie zonsondergang! Veel leuke restaurantjes in de buurt en goede sfeer. Zou het zeker aanraden (zeker gezien de prijs!)

GGuest UserLamentablemente nos cobraron varias veces la reservacion, aun cuando explicamos y podían ver que ya estaba paga en el citio web donde rentamos el hotel. Continuaron pidiendo tiempo y dando excusas.
Unfortunately they hotel charge 2 more times, iven when they saw that the reservation on the website was already paid off.
I spoke to them before i left the hotel and i spoke to the manager jose. who doesn't not how to fix the problem and continue make excuses and get offended because i got mad.

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean the beds and pillows were comfortable we had a great nights sleep the whole 9 nights we were there The staff were very friendly and professional nothing was to much trouble The pool area was clean and well maintained We would recommend the hotel for a few nights or like we stayed 9 nights thanks to all the staff

GGuest UserAsked for toilet paper as not enough in room. Also no tissues and was told at front desk that tissues are not available in all hotels then why was a tissue box holder in the bathroom. Girl at front desk wanted an argument about it. I just walked away
She needs training on how to react to hotel guests. No desk or table in room and had to put my coffee cup on floor. Talk about minimalist. Pillows were as hard as rocks and the size of cushions. Had to eat breakfast on filthy tables by the pool. Don't mind eating by pool but at least clean the tables. Rooms very clean but again why would I need to have words and explain myself to get two rolls of toilet paper and told by this lady that even the Holiday Inn doesn't have tissues in the room. I have traveled the world and only once in fifty years have I come across a hotel without tissues and that was in the UK. I have never known a Holiday Inn that doesn't have tissues in the room and in fact just returned from staying at two Holiday Inns on the UK and both had tissues.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, the breakfast is standard with paper labels and plastic cover but there was more than enough choice. Very good. All day to get coffee and tea in the lobby and in the room.
