Palm Desert Hotels with Breakfast

I believe her name was Stephanie at the front desk. She was very professional, nice and caring. Will definitely be coming back due to her customer service skills

It's a very ordinary hotel, nothing special, but the price of hotels in the desert is very expensive. If you don't tell the front desk, you will definitely be assigned to the farthest room in the back, dragging your big suitcase. Remember to make your request clear when checking in.

The location was excellent. Centrally located to all the greater Palm Springs area right on highway 111. The common areas were clean and free of any trash or debris. The pool and outdoor seating area was excellent and very comfortable. The two bedroom suite was roomy, clean and comfortable. The furnishing however was very dated and could use an upgrade but not a deal breaker. There was NO access to cable tv service or streaming sites, so all the channels were basic local channels. Thankfully we brought our Laptop and were able to stream movies etc that way. The draw backs mentioned would not exclude us from booking here again. The positives out weighed the negatives. Nice place, good location , good amenities.
