From the moment we arrived Andy and Sophie made us feel welcome. Helpful, kind, attentive and amazing hosts. Sophie's breakfasts are delicious! Such a good selection of different options to choose from and the quality of the produce was brilliant. We loved the house and the garden. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean with an extremely comfy bed. We haven't slept so well in a long time. This is the first B&B where we can honestly say, we felt like welcomed friends. It's heart warming knowing there are such lovely people in the world and Andy and Sophie and the dogs (who I fell in love with) are definitely top of this list. We went to the Malvern Flea & Collectors Fair. Much Marcle Steam Rally. River Walks. Westons Cider Tour. The shop across the road - Lea Village Stores is great for picking up anything you need (the pastries are very tasty)

I spent a few nights at Lea House in November 2024 and had a lovely trip. The B&B is cosy and the hosts Sophie and Andy made the trip easy. They gave good pointers on the area. The homemade jams were wonderful and the breakfasts were perfect. The room was large, warm and the shower room was well equipped. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Stayed here for 1 night after doing a lovely walk around King Arthur’s Cave. Warm welcome upon arrival. Room was extremely comfortable with plenty of tea/coffee available. Had a really nice power shower! Breakfast cooked to perfection. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay. Really lovely b&b and the owners were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was top rate, I could not fault it at all. Really convenient location. Rooms were cosy, clean, warm, quiet. Lovely garden. Exactly what I was looking for for a break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The room was freezing cold with two large radiators turned off, as was the central heating. The towel rail in the bathroom was also off. Consequently the room was freezing cold.On examination the bed was very damp , also the linen and pillows . We had booked a weeks stay but left in the morning after breakfast. We pointed out the problems at breakfast and were offered hot water bottles and an electric blanket , and expected to sleep in a damp bed for the rest of our stay? .This was not acceptable and we asked for a refund of the balance of our stay. The owners refused. As we had paid via Paypal we reported the issue to them on our return. They investigated and issued us with a full refund.

A great place to stay - very well looked after by Andy and Sophie. Looking forward to a return next year. Delicious breakfast served by Sophie. Very convenient spot for both Ross on Wye and Hay on Wye and for us very convenient for visiting relatives.

Would stay here again Absolutely loved staying here. A great welcome from the owner and a tour of the room and house. Great dinner option provided via a local takeaway and was given a plate and cutlery on arrival to use. Guest lounge is lovely and comfortable. My room was cozy, lovely tea and coffee making facilities. It is an old place so you will squeak on the floorboards now and again. Bathroom was spacious with some nice touches. Breakfast was plentiful, I could go through the rest of the day not having to eat anything else. Parking onsite involves some planning but the owners were really helpful in opening/closing the gate and directing me in and out. The venue is next to an A road but had no problems with the traffic going past as it was the weekend. I would stay here again
