Northam Farm Caravan & Touring Park

We have been visiting Northam Farm for years. We love the place so much and especially the staff, we have now moved from long term storage to a seasonal pitch. I have no idea where Adam is coming from. I've known many of the staff for years. Judy is the manager there and will always take time to come and have a chat and she is above and beyond friendly. She has the same business ethics as I do (I also own and manage my own business). The customer always comes first. The staff are super friendly. Massively respectful and follow the rules to keep things professional and formal. But when you have known them for a long time, the formalities drop to some degree and the real friendliness shines through. And it's really nice. The workshop has bailed me out a couple of times. One was a serious issue with our caravan which wasn't purchased from them. But they went above and beyond to get the axle replaced under warranty. At the end of the day, it's a holiday park. You go there to have a good time. And all I have ever seen are happy campers. It's well run and that's why it's always busy. That many wheels can't be wrong, and I couldn't be any happier.

Owner bullies people off please avoid this company there true course come out eventually. They have treated my family with such disrespect and been down right horrible. Loads don't like him and just tolerate him out of fear as he threatens to throw people off if complain . This Is a honest review so avoid ! Victimise people and he uses his power . Coward!

The Reseption staff was not very helpful and could not careless about you once booked in park wandens showed you to your pitch and shot off before we could ask for help where things were, woman's toilet block had no power points at all where we were pitched most of the shops and Immunities were closed through the week they also block your mobile phone single so you have to pay for they're wifi when you do this they unblock you and you find there no internet you have to use your own mobile data what a rip of ee Signal is very weak so even when unblocked it is very slow this is a complete rip off if you don't pay you won't get out at all

Nice and clean site, staff friendly, toilets and showers were clean, we went in low season on a weekend, site nice and quiet in the night, just a shame you have to walk off site for any entertainment

Brillaint place and love the camp site clean friendly great bar just great and great family holiday.lots if places to ear in brean beach newar by is lovely the liesure park is brill and not to bad price.ths nightmare life is great for familys and for all ages xx

My Husband and I stayed on hill view waterside, I have stayed on this site a few times over the years. It has gone down hill. If you are unfortunate to end up with the 4th pitch on the right it is unfishable!! The grass is longer than the rest of the site and when it has been cut it’s not collected by the mower, when the grass is wet it ends up in your your van, the stone/grit on the hard standing are the worst thing about the site, they stick to everything after a month I am still finding it in my caravan, vehicle and back garden after it was stuck to my ground sheets. On 5th and 6th October the tractor driver plus the Kubota 4x4s were racing around filling up with bark, driving very unsafe leaving loads of bark on the road. This was not sweep up just left there smelling horrible as it had gone rotten. It’s not worth complaining in the office they just don’t want to know. I think the pitches should be numbered as it’s a small area at least then you know where you are going to be stay.
