A lot of things out of order (bathrooms in the lobby, pool, ice machine on 2nd floor, etc.). The elevator inspection was out of date. The front conveniance area was very low on a lot of things. The staff had no knowlegge of why the indoor pool was out of order and was not the most friendly staff. The manager/ower when asked about things was very defensive and not friendly at all. We had kids with us for a wedding we were part of and just wanted answers, we were NOT looking for compensation as he accused my family member of when we went to speak with him, very disrespectful and did not want to take accountability. Positive note, the rooms were clean and comfortable and no issues with housekeeping. The breakfast in the morning was great, no complaints and the lady that handles the area was so helpful and nice. My only problem was my little had to go potty in the middle of breakfast and due to the bathrooms in the lobby having out of order signs we had to rush to our room, he is still learning to hold it. All in all inwould rate hotel about a 2 out of 5. I have worked hotel management and the manager/owner should be ashamed with how he talks to a paying customer about complaints and not assume we everyone is looking for compensation. We were there for 3 nights and the whole time the lobby bathrooms and 2nd floor ice machines were out of order. The pool miraculaously was not out of order 15 mins after asking about it.
