We are attending tournament at South Pine Sports Complex, Eaton Hills Hotel is located just around the corner, so super convenient. There are a lot of restaurants and Woolie around the hotel, just a few minutes walk, giving us a lot of dining choices. It's a bit too dark in the room, and it's interesting that we were given a room for disable people, so the shower do not have shower screen/curtain, everytime after taking a shower, water everywhere and is very slippery. Breakfast is good and reasonable price.

One of the receptionist lady was really friendly and very helpful for checking in process. Room was clean and modern style - we loved it! Very close to the concert venue, even woolworth, cafe or bottle shop is near by(literally next building) definitely keen to come back ❤️!!

All the staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel itself is lovely, it’s the staff I didn’t like. Very unfriendly, snobby and fake. At one point I went out and when I came back the staff at reception all huddled together and all 3 of the looked at me, started talking amongst themselves, again all 3 turned and looked at me and started talking again, as I got into the lift, one of them came running over to get into the lift with me. I found the whole thing very weird, like there’s more than 1 lift, why run over to make sure you got into the lift I was in. Also the lights in the rooms, every time I rolled over in bed I would be woken up by the lights switching themselves on, and the following day I was in the bathroom doing my hair and make up and the lights would switch themselves off, I’d have to walk back out into the room to turn the lights on again in the dark, obviously they are set off by a sensor which is stupid, couldn’t find a way to turn it off either so if that’s how they are permanently it’s very very annoying. Wouldn’t stay here again, wasn’t made to feel welcome at all.

Big and lovely structure with a great view. Facilities are superb , staff are mostly friendly and getting there is not an issue.

This place was the best. Great location, clean and fresh room. Very comfortable bed, very quiet room.

Nice hotel, attentive staff. Comfortable rooms. Good location. Enjoyable stay overall. Would recommend to others.

A beautiful hotel with awesome staff. Our family cannot thank you enough for looking after us in QLD after a mammoth drive from NSW. We will be rebooking when we xome up next.

It was an absolutely lovely stay excellent staff and they where very friendly and helpful with any questions that we wanted answered or if we needed directions to a place will definitely recommend staying here or I’ll stay back here myself the best thing that’s a benefit is the heated pool that they have perfect for them cold days where you want to go for a swim but don’t want to end up sick.
