Feuerstein Nature Family Resort

We loved the Feuerstein! Booked it as a bit of a splurge weekend with my family (two children ages 2.5 and 15 months) for Easter and my birthday for four nights. We checked out nearly every amenity the hotel had to offer because it was just so fun to explore there. We had a ton of rain but could still enjoy the location and time because of all the activities organized by the hotel. I can only confirm that it looks just like the photos. Everything is connected underground. You can see and schedule all activities in their mobile web app. If something is full just go anyway and see because a lot of people were no shows. The resort was fully booked but never felt too full or busy. I assume this due to the expansiveness of the resort versus number of guests. I also loved having our designated breakfast table and dinner table (lunch was open seating) and the same waitress each night. We ended up eating starters with the kids, putting them to bed, and coming back to enjoy the rest of the 5-course menu - Deborah was open to accommodating whatever situation we needed. There were just so many cool details like the family restrooms with kids toilets, the low hand rails for littles, the outlet covers in the rooms, just all these aspects that highlighted this place keeps families at the forefront of their minds. The only „complaints“ I have are that there was no conditioner provided in the shower. I know this is common in Europe, but still felt like it fell short for a 5 star resort. The second was the default provided pillows were so flat - can’t imagine anyone likes these? But they did have a pillow menu with other options, which we used on the remaining nights. I only wish there were more hotels at this standard of offering luxury to the adults and children.

Our stay at Feuerstein Nature Family Resort was absolutely amazing! As a family with little ones aged 3 and 6, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The kids absolutely loved the kids' club, and it's worth adding that my boy always cries and refuses to go to places like this when we go on holidays. Kids always spent morning outside on fresh air, followed by lunch and activity in the afternoon. The hotel also offered a fantastic range of activities for parents to enjoy doing with the kids, from painting and a wood workshop to swimming and football. As the children were entertained and happy it allowed us as parents to relax and enjoy some much-needed adult time. The food was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a perfect balance of fun for kids and adult time for parents!

Feuerstein is an amazing hotel with a huge range of family-friendly activities and delicious food in an absolutely stunning location. We loved the fact that as well as the kids club where you can drop off children for childcare, there are different parent-child activities you can book into - the Montessori classes were wonderful, as was the swimming pool with a beautiful view. To make the hotel even more incredible, you could add: - Blackout blinds in baby bedrooms - Mealtimes at child friendly times i.e. earlier lunch and dinner as 12:30 and 6:30 are too late for babies - Somewhere quiet in the hotel for people to eat lunch while babies nap in buggies as there are music speakers and loud children everywhere, and many people were looking for somewhere quiet - All vegetarian options labelled in the buffet at lunch and dinner - there was a great selection of veggie salads but many options that look vegetarian actually contain meat (vegan options were limited but labelled) - Baby pool toys to borrow in the swimming pool - A separate dining area for people having dinner in the evening without children

Stayed here for half term week. It was absolutely incredible. The staff, the food, the facilities, the rooms… I have never been to a hotel with so much stuff to do for kids and the quality of activities for them was SO good. If you are looking for a hotel for kids in a stunning area this is it.

This was our first winter abroad holiday as a family. Resort is well situated in stunning scenery, views from restaurant and pool/spa were idilic. Staff were so friendly and really felt like a small, personal team. In particular special mention to Renato who looked after us every evening in the restaurant with fantastic attention to detail. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job as hotel and rooms spotless. The hotel is family centred, was so much to keep us all entertained. We loved the ninja warrior course and action room. The food options were great for little and big palates. We were able to borrow all the baby things we needed from the hotel. Pool and spa were great and a nice balance between child focused and luxury relaxation. Our son went on the bus everyday to ski school and the pick up and drop off service to the slopes was fantastic and he was well looked after. Fantastic outdoor play facilities and we all loved the sledging!! Thank you for a special trip!!!
