We stayed in the B&B Annex of the main Manoir. It was super comfortable, spacious and beautifully presented. A big comfortable bed with quality cotton bedding, a large walk in shower. A wonderful breakfast was served in the dining room. The owners are an absolute delight, so friendly and welcoming. 5* for everything.

A charming property with beautifully preserved historical touch, luscious gardens and spring flowers. Convenient location to many things that you would want to see in Normandy. Friendly and attentive hosts who treated us to delicious breakfasts.

We spent 3 nights with 4 couples at the Bas manoir in Bretteville to visit the Caen region and the landing beaches. The mansion has 5 bedrooms and can also accommodate seminars. The place is remarkable with an entrance reminiscent of the Château de Moulinsart. We received an excellent welcome from the owners who took great care of us, explaining to us the family origins of the Manoir. The rooms are well kept with beautiful and comfortable bedding. They are very well soundproofed, which is useful with the proximity of the ring road. The breakfast is very generous and entirely homemade. It was a great stay and we highly recommend.

Een pareltje in Normandië! We verbleven twee maal op onze doortocht, met ons gezin. (Kinderen 2 en 5). De gastheer en gastvrouw vervullen hun rol subliem! We voelden ons erg welkom, een hartelijk ontvangst met tijd voor een praatje. We verbleven in de luxe kamer. Deze had een aparte kamer voor de kinderen. Er was speelgoed aanwezig waar de kinderen van hebben genoten. Er is ook een plooibed en verzorgingsmatje voor baby's. De kamer is met veel liefde en zorg ingericht. De badkamer is voldoende ruim. Alles is er erg netjes. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en zeker voldoende! Er waren ook enkele huisgemaakte producten. Alles in deze chambre d'hote past bij de charme van het domein. Ik plan zeker om nog eens terug te komen.
