Hotel Al Piolet

The hotel is strategically located, and you can see the Matterhorn from its rooms. The room was clean, and everything was well maintained. I’d like to give a special mention to the staff at the Opera restaurant—especially sommelier Vlady, as well as Francesca and Michaella. We were truly satisfied—I highly recommend it!

Stunning hotel and location. Food amazing, staff fantastic and friendly. Outside pool facilities/ Spa/ Sauna etc were wonderful and the hotel itself self is great alpine luxury. Our 1st time there by pure chance and rebooked for next’s year ski trip already. Love this place.

The price-quality ratio didn't quite work. The accommodation was expensive, the bathroom shower drain didn't drain, the towel rack was almost detached from the wall. The breakfast was a bit too meager, you had to wait for products such as fruit to be replenished, or you had to ask for them separately because they were out of stock. The service was of very high quality. The location was very good. We could come again if these shortcomings were fixed and we could assume that a hotel of that standard doesn't have these shortcomings.

Rooms are great. Amenities are good. Service is impeccable. The Opera restaurant has great food and outstanding wine selection.

Very nice hotel perfectly located in Cervinia )Short distance to skilifts). Tasteful decorated and quality beds

Excellent location and boot room. Can walk easily to gondola but they prefer vide a free shuttle! Ski-in. Lovely restaurant and wine list. Didn’t use the pool but looked popular. Very helpful/accommodating and charming front of house staff.

Perfectly located, beautiful boutique hotel. The heated pool was a hit, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend. I’d say the ski-in / ski-out is not that easy, but you can easily walk or use the hotel’s free shuttle to the lifts, which are literally 2 minutes away.

A great hotel with great pool and spa. Great attention to detail. Friendly and helpful staff.

Although I don't usually leave reviews, I feel compelled to do so for our experience at this hotel. What struck us most was the kindness, dedication, and professionalism of the staff. We immediately realized that they loved their jobs, from the reception staff, to the staff who helped with luggage and the shuttle service, to the restaurant staff and the bar staff. We will certainly return to this excellent family-run establishment.
