Seit L‘echappée belle eröffnet wurde, fahren wir mindestens einmal im Jahr hierher. Das B&B steht in einem wunderschönen blumenreichen Garten mit schönen alten Bäumen. Es gibt auch einen schönen Swimmingpool und kleine Sitzecken sind im Garten verteilt. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack von Sophie selbst eingerichtet. Zum Frühstück gibt es selbstgemachte Marmeladen, frischen Saft, Brioche oder Kuchen und Baguette. Manchmal selbstgemachte Crêpes oder Pain perdu. Auch das Abendessen sollte man nicht verpassen. Selbstgemacht von Sophie. Dazu gibt es eine kleine, feine Auswahl an regionalen Weinen. Meine Bewertung: 10 von 10 Punkten!

De retour à l'Echappée Belle depuis son arrivée à Saint Brisson, nous avons pu apprécier la qualité de l'accueil, la table et l'hébergement qui sont toujours les mêmes. Hâte de pouvoir revenir y passer un nouveau week-end en couple ou en famille

Chambre particulièrement confortable et table d'hôte délicieuse, tant le diner que le petit déjeuner ultra copieux ! Mention spéciale pour les fromages de chèvres locaux et pour les plats cuisinés avec attention par notre hôte. Merci encore pour l'accueil et au plaisir de revenir pour profiter du jardin aux beaux jours.

Fijne plek, goede bedden en fijne kamer. Echter hadden we diner bijgeboekt. Dat was op zich lekker, maar erg duur geprijsd. Een linzensalade met alleen linzen en cider, een homp witte rijst en een stuk saucijs. Met een fabrieks Panna-cotta toe. Geen groenten e/o fruit! Heel goed verdiend door de gastvrouw. Daarbij kon je niet rustig eten omdat de gastvrouw tijdens het diner erbij staat.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte le 30 et le 31 décembre 2024. Accueil chaleureux par Sophie. Repas délicieux le 30 au soir et surtout le 31 au soir, repas spécial réveillon. Sophie nous a proposé un repas savoureux. Nous recommandons cet endroit reposant et bien situé pour découvrir les lieux aux alentours.

Siamo stati ospiti del B&B di Sophie e Flynn lo scorso anno, ripartendo con il desiderio di tornare presto. Quest’anno abbiamo visitato di nuovo la Loira e li abbiamo ritrovati in una nuova meravigliosa casa di campagna con piscina in costruzione!!! Oltre ai luoghi unici di quest’area della Francia, l’esperienza è stata superlativa grazie allo stile e l’accoglienza degli spazi, alla quiete del grande giardino, al caminetto acceso, ai suggerimenti di Sophie, sempre disponibile, alle sue colazioni ‘in relax’ e le cene ‘gourmet’. Senza dimenticare il ‘take away’ semplice e sfizioso per il lungo viaggio di rientro in Italia! Il tutto… Stupendo!

I miei genitori si sono fermati una notte prima di Natale, per una tappa di un viaggio più lungo. L'accoglienza è stata perfetta con la padrona di casa estremamente disponibile e gentile. La camera era spaziosa con una bella vista sul giardino tranquillo e in fase di ristrutturazione per la prossima estate. La cena è stata molto particolare con ricette originali e attenzione per il territorio e i suoi prodotti. La prima colazione è stata abbondante con piatti freschi e cucinati al momento.....spettacolare il "pain perdu". Consigliatissimo
