Stayed over Christmas as a family with a dog. What a lovely stay, from Ryan checking us in to the great rooms we stayed in. Really friendly staff (didn't get everyone's names unfortunately) and we loved the pool. Definitely will go back!

The room is clean and comfortable. I almost have good sleep all the night. The breakfast staff are friendly and the food is nice especially the mushroom and sausage. I promise will visit here again if there is business trip in future. Thank you.

Most things about the hotel were excellent. I had a wonderful full-body massage (it was my first time having one and the therapist made me feel very comfortable), the staff were all super friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the food (both breakfast and dinner) was delicious. The only thing I was keen on was that every time you wanted to go to and from the pool/spa area you had to go and exchange your key at reception. This involved walking through the bar, past the restaurant and into the open reception area, which doesn't feel very comfortable or convenient when you might be in a dressing down or something. It would be better if the room key cards also opened the spa. But apart from that, I had a wonderful stay and I recommend it.

Not the best, check in was slow and could not find it but then did? then wanted to charge me again despite pre-check in and already paid... room quite a distance and had to take all my luggage up stairs myself. Had no water which was switched off and not advised which getting ready for a wedding was so frustrating. Wi-fi was very poor even on guest account really bad signal and kept dropping.

The staff were friendly and went out their way to help whenever a request was made. We all had a massage which enjoyed use of the pool and sauna. Facilities were clean and there was a relaxing atmosphere. Dinner was tasty and well presented, the breakfast buffet was equally tasty, and the bar was well stocked. Rooms were clean and large. We all slept well and overall had a very nice time. We will definitely be returning.

3rd time there, it the first time we had a bad experience. There were parties going on and we got no sleep. Complained to the receptionist she didnt seem to care got given a business care to complain as nobody was present management wise. Complained by email.
