The property was clean and well maintained. It was quite and sitting on the porch you could see the most beautiful sunsets.

Sittin’ Pretty
We enjoyed the location: in a quiet neighborhood just across the bridge from New Bern, with a view of the river from the very cozy balcony; the decor: colorful, creative, unique; and the comfort: everything from the mattresses in the quiet bedrooms to the kitchen equipment and the general layout of the spacious apartment. Would definitely stay here again. Definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful stay
Hey, we had a wonderful girls getaway weekend. Considering we’ve known each other since 1979, the albums and record player were icing on the cake. Love Newbern and the surrounding area Stuart was helpful, responsive and very easy to work with.

Quick Visit
We had a beautiful last minute family visit with our son! This was the perfect house to meet at and perfect setting for our needs! Stewart was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to all of my questions. The home had everything we needed to cook some homemade meals and to have a lot of fun. Thanks for the records and the games! We used it all!!

Would stay there again
If you are looking for a place near the water and in Brighton stay at this place. A very warm and inviting place with an eclectic design and spacious for 2 or 4 people. I would stay there again.

Welcome to High Tide Haven, a 1000 sf, 2 bedroom, 2nd floor condo, just minutes from historic downtown New Bern, NC. The condo is located just over the Neuse river bridge, on the top floor of an historic (circa 1915) building. The structure was recently restored and offers a unique experience, with enough space to accommodate a family of four, and a location that's just two blocks away from the river.
