was staying for work…breakfast was poor, had to try hard to stab to break the yolk of my eggs & seats were awfully stained, the coffee cups had a sticky rim & the whole area needs some TLC. however the member of staff on duty was really good & helpful!

The bed was stander bed for premier for premium room it seem quite basic but good price for Easter holidays. Asked for sea view and go a small view of the beach. It’s central to town and the north side definitely will book again. Bar seem to shut early around 10 10.30ish could have been open to midnight for them late nights

Situated near the main street/area of town this affordable hotel has everything you need for a week/weekend holiday, the rooms, restaurant and bar are clean, spacious and comfortable, recommended if you are planning to visit and stay at Bridlington.

Room was clean and tidy - bed was a bit too hard for our liking but personal preferences. Parking was adequate and on site. The member of staff on arrival was not friendly, curt to the point of near rude, had to ask more prompting questions to ensure parking payment process was clear! The 'booking a time' for breakfast because we wouldn't have been served was disproportionate, and when we appeared earlier in the morning (as it happens) they had no issue in serving us. We didn't want to be restricted to a time in the morning! The Breakfast staff member was polite and efficient, that said, disappointed there was no Almond Milk (although we understand this could be due to allergies for other residents), however, there was No Oat Milk OR Museli as stated on the menu as an availability. (This is not the first time this has happened when stopping at a Premier Inn location!) The check-in computers were not working on arrival, we might not have had to deal with the member of staff on arrival!

Not the best stay The beds are very soft but all comfort is lost as all the pillows were hard and solid preventing a good sleep The pre booked breakfast was a disaster as nothing had been delivered so most items.s were unavailable and it was fully booked It was the worst breakfast experience ever and unfortunately the restaurant staff were getting the brunt of customer complaints £10.99 cost was ridiculous I do not recommend this hotel

Had a couple of nights here for my birthday. We had paid for early check-in but room wasn't ready so we were refunded for it, lovely lady on check-in noticed I had a bag of presents and when we got to the room there was a bottle prosseco waiting for us, thankyou was very much appreciated. Clean room, no problems, would definitely stay again.

We discovered that there was a stained/soiled quilt cover on the bed when we first went to our room after checking in, this was reported immediately (looks like dried blood) and phot was shown to staff member at reception desk, we then had to request again, a few hours later, for this cover to be changed. Upon our return to the room we found the quilt cover had indeed been changed but the stained/soiled quilt cover had just been discarded onto the floor and left in the room. We had to move this. We visited the restaurant for breakfast the next morning and witnessed unsupervised children handling food without tongs and placing it back into the open cannisters, for selection and consumption by other guests. This was reported to a staff member who simply laughed. After breakfast we politely requested for the room to be cleaned, well within time, approximately 10.15 - 10. 30 am only to be told 'no', 2 staff have gone sick and the list is full, we replied to the staff member that the bins needed emptying and was then offered bin bags. We reported this sorry saga to Guest Relations who offered a partial refund of £51, insulting when we paid £189 for the two nights! The team member from Guest Relations stated that is the final offer, and it is our perogative if we wish 5o share our bad experience on social media. We have stayed in Premier Inns many times in the past, they were actually our preferred choice, but now after experiencing this shoddy and unacceptable service, for want of a better word, (service it was not) it will be goodbye from us to Premier Inn, never again will we use this company as in our opinion the standard could not have been lower. We had to opt for one rating as there is no choice to give zero merit. Happy to discuss further, you have our details Premier Inn.
