A fabulous place to stay with equally terrific hosts. Our room was very comfortable with great features and lovely decor. We booked the larger room with a sea view. We were made to feel very welcome and we thoroughly recommend a stay here. Many thanks.

Wonderful guest house. Room was immaculately clean and pristine. Such a quiet guest house not a sound all night. We really enjoyed our stay. Host Danny was so welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend this guest house. Great location.

What a little gem. Wonderful room very high standard. Nothing too much for Danny. Card entry was great. And supplied a fan which as a woman of a certain age is priceless. Central for North and South Beach. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Four adults stayed here in August. We were made to feel very welcome from start to finish. Our room was very comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean. Tea/coffee making facility was provided. TV is there if you have time to watch it. Parking permits are issued for on street parking. Ideally situated for town centre and also Old Town which is a "must see", both during the day when it's quiet but also in the evening when it comes to life. There is a local pub over the road to the left of the hotel, and a breakfast cafe and coffee shop just up the road to the right (walking towards town). We had no problem sleeping, ie everyone came in and out quietly. We will definitely stay there again.

Immaculate and comfortable. Beautiful rooms. Wi-Fi and large tv in each room. Nice shower. Comfy bed. Free water and biscuits. Free parking too. This was our second stay. Will certainly return. Perfect location for accessing beach and shops.

Very comfortable. We stopped for 2 nights can't fault it. Ten out ten . The owners are most hospitable, the room was big, lovely en suite shower room, comfortable bed, fluffy pillow s, choice of breakfast. Reasonably priced. Central location, free parking.

We stayed Friday to Monday over the last May bank holiday weekend. We were in room 9 which is a king room. Everything was great, room was clean and spacious with a sea view. Breakfast is optional and paid for separately and the breakfast was first class. Everyone was welcoming and made the stay even better. We will stay again if we come back to Bridlington. Lovely place to stop. Stayed in room 10 the ground floor it was spotless throughout as always. Hosts are lovely and friendly and make you feel really welcome. The room is spacious and has an en-suite with walk in shower. The guest house is close to town and a walk across the road to the beach. Would recommend to anyone going to Bridlington.

Lovely guest house room spotless and very modern Daniel and Danny lovely hosts would recommend and would stay again great breakfast close to beach and amenities superb value five stars would give ten if allowed.
