"Stayed at this hotel for two nights, we used Brig to take the glacier express, we chose this hotel as it’s directly across from platform 12 which is where the train departs. The hotel rooms are dated but comfortable most have balconies. The duty manager was extremely helpful in securing me a car park. Excellent European breakfast served."

"The small hotel room is not big but quite cozy. The old lady boss is very enthusiastic. We arrived very early in the morning, thinking that there might not be any available rooms to check in. The old lady said that you should have a cup of coffee in the restaurant first while I go to see if there are any ready rooms, so she asked the waiter to bring us two cups of coffee. Before the coffee was finished, she came back and said that the room was ready and you could go to the room after you finished drinking the coffee."
