Lovely place, close to everyrhing you will need.

This place to stay is hit and miss...I've stayed a number of times....sometimes heating is not on even if I ask reception they say it's on... no towels...have to keep on repeatedly going to reception to ask...no shampoo...same....this time...I asked receptionist the same questions..she said everything is there.. but heating was not kn...and bathroom was dirty.. water on floor...piece of plastic on floor near toilet...and urine drops on floor...I went back to reception ...she changed the room

Awful hotel. We had 3 rooms on the ground floor and all were terrible. The strong musty damp smell permeated our clothes and the dust on the furniture was disgusting. We couldn’t walk around without shoes on as the carpet left thick black dirt on our feet. Only one member of staff said hello - the others completely ignored us. I never complained as there were no available rooms in nearby hotels but I def don’t recommend staying there.

It was OK. But they charge you for parking.

Clean room ok for 1 night stopover as it is located on the motorway services . Bed , shower to rest and restart the next day .

Please note despite reading previous website reviews before booking hotel, the carpark is not free if booking through this site or any other 3rd party website. This change of £5 per night was implemented a few weeks ago but 3rd party website not updated with this information. The room and bathroom was mediocre and clean enough. Very old furnishings and curtains. The shower and bath facility was ok, shower gel provided. The ducts above could do with cleaning. We were on 1st floor which nice and quiet. No luft available. Please note there is a microwave, drinks and snacks available to purchase at reception. Would I book here again, maybe not going to be my first choice but was affordable for two nights @ £34 per night.

Very bad rooms conditions

Been here a few times now never anything to complain about easy to find hotel staff friendly rooms are clean and plenty of amenities

No cleanliness, no shampoo, carpet was dirty, room lights too low old style , smell

OK for the business traveller as it’s part of the motorway services. Cheap but clean and comfortable accommodation. Plenty of food outlets on both sides of the motorway.

If you opt for the room with breakfast included, you'll receive vouchers; however, the breakfast provided was cold and of low quality.

Bathrooms massive nice bath and showers rooms are great size plenty of rooms fornme and my paetner the fridge in our room was a god send

Not a bad hotel all in all, and usually excellent value for money (I have stayed here on a few occasions recently as much cheaper than other hotels locally). The rooms are well equipped with iron, ironing board, kettle with tea and coffee and usually a desk fan of some sort. Personally, I prefer to be on the first floor as most ground floor rooms do have a musty/slightly damp smell which I do try to avoid. Great, friendly staff however.
