Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Nice room. Comfy beds. Lots of places to shop and eat nearby. Would stay again.

The property is nice but the bathroom is tiny. I was disappointed in the leaking shower and size of the bathroom. Overall, don't think I can recommend this hotel.

We were in Rochester for a wedding & found the Oakfield Hotel perfect for our needs. The hotel was nearly empty but the uncarpeted hallway carries sound, so it might not be quiet when many rooms are occupied. It does not have breakfast but has coffee, fruit & snacks available 24 hours.

We arrived late around 1 am in the night, just had to reach out to the reception at 6PM to generate the keys which let us in. Everything was seamless. During our 1 day stay we found receptionist & hotel staff to be courteous & friendly & accommodating to our custom request of late checkout at 11:45 am as well. Hotel is well located, walkable starbucks & chipotle nearby ticks the box of caffeine + food needs to get you on the road as well.

So, the hotel was clean and the room comfortable. The staff at the front were both pleasant. However, we got up the next morning to shower and had no hot water. So, no showers. When I went to the desk to report it, was informed it was a problem they had just become aware of and someone was coming to fix it. I am disappointed that we were only comped 25%. 2 people without showers about to travel quite far that day. Just not the best negotiation between ******* and the hotel.

New hotel with clean, bright decor. Parking available. Good location. Housekeeping was incredibly friendly and cheerful. Front desk okay. hot & cold beverages and fruits/snacks available all day. water pressure in the shower was very low and location of sink (outside of room bath, sink is located in main sleeping room) is strange. Practically in front of room door inside the sleeping room. Strangely arranged.
