Location is good, however shower had mould in it, couldn't shut widow so when the club across the road was closing from about 2.00am to 3.00 am it was impossible to sleep. Bar area poor and had food poisoning from breakfast.
Have stayed here before and standards are definitely slipping.

It's a great location, great price, clean, good value. All the staff were polite.
Plenty of hot water, towels internet iffy though.
Had issues with key card as you have to use the key card to go through the public area's. Apparently a regular issue!
Plus snarky guest! Getting told off for laughing, no luck music, not late!
Get a grip snarky guest's, it's a bloody hotel in a busy city! The room walls are thin. You cannot stop people laughing.
A little tip bring ear plugs or go book a room in the middle of nowhere!!

Hotel service is good, but too old, no air conditioning, so the window can not be closed, opposite the bar, very noisy at night. There is no air duct, and the toilet can't go to the water.

Every thing was superb. The breakfast was not what I expected. It far exceeded that. Top notch and a great way to start the day.

Stayed here for the unison health conference from sun 7/04 till 10/04 Check in quick And easy Booked as a party of 8 not all together on same floor couple on floor 2 , 3 on floor 4, couple on floor 5 , 1 on own on 7 asked could this be changed said no. small exceptionally clean comfortable rooms but some in our party had to ask for soap and shower gels etc to be filled as empty . no plug sockets near bed only usb had to plug multi phone and watch charger(for Apple ) on desk area as not usb cable had a plug but socket a bit too close to desk had to bend lead with fingers crossed it worked so beware . very small bedside shelf as well only enough room for small book Staff very friendly and helpful throughout our stay plus side hotel had a bar area in which you could also order some food from limited menu but did the job if you didn’t want to leave hotel Breakfast was ok for all you can eat plenty to choose from hot and cold
