The location was amazing! we were right in the middle of the action and everything was very convenient. check-in was great, the gentlemen at the from that helped us check in Callum was super polite and very helpful. The staff at the breakfast was fantastic, my girlfriend's a vegan and they made her fresh vegan sausages at no extra cost! The room was clean and very nice, although it would be great to have some complimentary things like bottles of water or toothbrush/paste nevertheless it was an amazing stay! also the check out was super easy and hassle-free we just dropped off our room card in a box, super convenient especially if you're on a tight schedule.

The location of the hotel is good. It is located in the center of the city. It is convenient for eating and shopping. It is not far from the Emperor Pavilion and the seaside. The bus from White Cliff to Brighton stops at the opposite side of the hotel. It is super convenient

Although handy for where we wanted to go for the evening and was just using the hotel for one night. I was a bit disappointed about the cleanest of the bed. The tops of the tables and dresser were very sticky. The mattress topper and the Quill were stained, and the Quill was a but smelly. But the big surprise on the cleanest was when moving the mattress we found under it a bottle of spray which to put it polity, it is used in a sexual act. Not a good impression. When tried to explain when leaving we couldn't get hold of anyone as all were busy in dinning room doing breakfast and we had to leave. The other downside is the car park it is a bit away from the hotel, which is a surprise as there is a ncp car park behind the hotel which would be more convenient. Especially as I'm a wheelchair user and getting from the other carpark was a bit hilly when you have a suitcase with you. Generally the staff on arrival were good and friendly

BED BUGS IN ROOM! I stayed in Premier Inn Brighton City Centre at the beginning of October. It is a large hotel with hundreds of rooms and there is musty smell around the various floors and in the rooms, so it is in need of refurbishment. Putting that aside, my 3 nights stay was a disturbing and painful experience as each morning, I woke up with more and more itchy bites around my ankles, legs and stomach. The first morning I woke up, I was not sure what type of bug had bitten me, but as the bites increased, and because the window was locked in the hotel room, I soon realised I was being, literally, eaten alive by bed bugs! It made for a very anxious, irritating and deeply unplesant stay and I hardly slept throughout the 3 nights, and when I did, I was bitten all over my lower-half. On the day i got back home, I complained to Premier Inn using their online Feedback and Complaints form and after 3 weeks their response was: ' 'Following your stay and notifying us about this instance, we took the room and rooms aside out of service and requested an external third party company to thoroughly investigate the room and surrounding rooms, due to the nature of bed bugs. They have published there findings to us and they have confirmed no trace or evidence was found to confirm bed bugs being present in the room or rooms next door. With this in mind as the room has been confirmed to be clear, we would be unable to provide a refund for your stay, though we do apologise again for the disappointment experienced on this occasion.' So their response to my evidence, including photos of my bitten and blistered skin, which I could not help but itch all day and night; the fact the window could not be opened and I woke up every morning with more and more bites, is the above. I'll leave you to make up your mind if Premier Inn's 'Good Night Guarantee' is meaningless or not, considering what I went through and the response I received with no refund.

The room was too cold and the window was making some funny noise. The food was burnt and there was a delay in refilling the food from the kitchen.

Booked this hotel because of its location and close proximity to restaurants and theatre, which was the main reason for our overnight stay. First impression was dire! The entrance, which is on the main street, is filthy. Chewing gum gets thrown in and has been trampled into the already stained carpet. It really is not a good first impression. Check in was pretty good, nice and easy with a pleasant member of staff. One of the pluses of our stay!. The room, 605, was tired, grim and smelt musty. Again, the carpet was stained, the furniture was old and just useable. The windows were all blown and full of condensation. There was mildew all around the sills and the net curtains had definitely seen better days. I tried to voice my concerns at checkout but there were no staff available (11am) I cannot comment on food and drink as we ate and drank elsewhere. Considering we paid £117 for one night stay, I was very disappointed. This hotel is in the heart of Brighton and really should be aiming for 'Flagship' status, however I would suggest as it stands it is more Titanic. Won't be staying here again.

Unfortunately did not get past the check in desk. Entrance lobby and steps from the street were grubby and reception chaotic. On a noisy main road above a row of boarded up shops. We had been invited to check in early for a fee but the person on reception told us that it was not possible without even checking our reservation. We cancelled our reservation and went elsewhere. Disappointing as our usual experience of this chain is that they are excellent in every respect

Went as a family of 4, the smell of fustyness and cigarettes linger through reception and the corridors. In need of shutting down and a good clean throughout. Broken beds, asked for a better matteress topper as could feel the springs twixe i went down to ask ended up folding towels up so give my son a little comfort in bed. Windows that shoukdnt be open was open which then cars bombing up and down the road till past 2am keeping up awake....Mould growing in the bathroom, dirty toilet that needed scrubbing... food and rubbish left under the beds, only knew this as was looking for extra pillows. Food at dinner left on the pside as staff were having a chat the chef had to tell them to serve our food as it had been there a while. Generally please do not waste your money!! Im awaiting a response to a complaint after raising it at reception before we left!
