I haven't stayed in such a terrible hotel in over 30 years. It cost 1,200 yuan a night, and there was no mention of non-refundability when booking. The phone signal was bad while I was abroad, and they kept calling me to negotiate with the hotel. They just flat-out said they'd deduct 75% of the fee. That's completely unreasonable. It's called a hotel, but it doesn't even meet hotel standards. Inside, it feels like a basement, with a skylight and lots of cobwebs. The quilt, left unchanged, was simply covered with a sheet. The bathroom was ridiculously small, and there was even a utility room. I wonder if Ctrip has any vetting standards for its partners? After leaving this review, I deleted the app and never want to use it again. I'm so disappointed. I trust Ctrip, but their vetting standards are unacceptable.
