"We had a smooth check-in, arriving an hour earlier than the scheduled time. The receptionist was friendly and have good customer service. We were given a top-floor room that was clean, spacious, and had a decent view. However, the nearby hills were under construction, and the noise did disturb our afternoon rest. One of the best things about the hotel is its location — it’s within walking distance of the Kea Farmers Market and the sheep sanctuary, and just a 13-minute drive to the BOH Tea Hill restaurant. There are also several food outlets right in front of the hotel, making everything easily accessible. The one major frustration was the lack of soundproofing in the room. We could clearly hear our neighbors talking, laughing, and making loud noises around midnight. We could even hear people walking in the hallway and entering their rooms. It was difficult to sleep because the noise was just too loud. That is the only negative about it."

"The parking lot is limited bcoz it's open for public as well, extra careful when u turn in to parking entrance, very steep down to basement, need to tell the parking attendant if u are guests, else u need to pay parking fees, location is great, next to sheep sanctuary, quite smelly when the wind blow towards hostel, cleanliness need to be improved, toilet overflow during shower, I hv to clear d clots in bathroom drainage, beds too soft for those having problem with backbone issues, no lift to the rooms (highest us 3rd floor), there is beautiful garden setting at ground floor"

"Great place to stay for a night. Provide parking but parking there have slope, need to be careful a bit. Check in and check out process is quick and easy. Room is clean, window have mosquito nets, just the bed a bit itchy (maybe my skin is too sensitive), or maybe due to weather and damn environment. Have all basic amenities. Overall, great stay and reasonable price."

What truly stood out was the incredibly affordable price; we even got a large and comfortable room! Highly recommended. "location strategic right on the Centrum mall. Reserve parking provided for in house guest. Unfortunately our room tv not function, slow drainage, basic kettle n room phone not provided. Have to going down to lobby to report. Breakfast using outsource vendor which okok. They serve with pack option meals. Conclude hotel more suitable for couple traveller but not for families."

"selalu naik CH. jd hotel rossapasadena ni antara hotel yg selalu kami booking..mcm biasa bilik okay so so, old design, tp service housekeeping bagus, n service hotel jgk bagus. mintak yolong apa2 semua okay. breakfast mcm biasa sentiasa sama dr dulu. nasi lemak ,mee goreng, sup, roti bakar ,kuih 2 jenis. cuma my suggestion sambal nasi lemak terlalu cair. n blend rasa. harap.dpt diperbaiki dr segi rasa yg lain okay. okan stay lg after this"

"**Review:** I had high hopes for this hotel based on its unique room concept, but after experiencing it, I can confidently say I won't be booking again. The idea of a mini house sounded charming, but the reality was less than ideal. The biggest issue was the noise and vibration. Every time someone passed by my room during the night, I could hear and feel it. It's not something you'd expect when you're trying to sleep, and it definitely disrupted my rest. The mattress didn’t help much either, as I felt every movement like it was amplified. Then, come sunrise, the room became like a sauna. I understand that the weather in Cameron Highlands can be warm, but the mini house design trapped heat so effectively that it was uncomfortable in the morning. There was no escape from the warmth, and it made it tough to enjoy the start of the day. The only redeeming factor for this hotel was its location. It's within walking distance to the famous Pasar Pagi and the bustling market, which was convenient for grabbing fresh produce and local treats. But unfortunately, the experience wasn’t enough to make me want to return. In short, the concept seemed promising, but the execution fell short in terms of comfort and practicality. Wouldn’t recommend it for a restful stay."
