Great location since walking distance from centrum.plus point-can avoid traffic jam since this hotel located just before one-way traffic at brinchang town.hotel conditions is quiet ok for the price we paid for 2 nights

The room so comfortable for families… the staff were very helpful and friendly…

Best thing we use this hotel is they have room in small blocks with private balcony. you can fell all hotel is inside the jungle. All rooms are clean with hot water, big garden and friendly staff. They serve different varieties of buffed food every day with drinks. They have experience and well trained nature guide to show us around. We are had great time with our family in this Parkland hotel.

The mini chalet is suitable for couples mainly because space inside is limited. Very cold at night but can get very hot in morning if you don't open the doors. Shared toilets are clean and has hot shower option. Only thing is we got the chalet at the end near the trash bin, so in the morning there were LOTS of flies. Come before 10pm to check in and do expect sheep dung's smell, the Sheep Sanctuary is only beside the hotel. Also make sure car is in good condition, road to and from the parking is quite steep.

Room was nice, bathroom is clean and oK, some parts in the room can be improve like moulded door, windows, and fridge/minibar need to be service from time to time. Travelling with baby might need fridge to store babies foods and our room minibar cannot be used. Inform the front office crew and maintenance fixed it, saying the minibar a bit slow to cool down, until then we never open the minibar door cause was thinking to let it cold af, however it is such a shame cause minibar remain the same and can’t be use cause not cold at all. 🤦🏻‍♀️ this one u may improve it ok?? No breakfast. Iron on the GF. Would recommend to put iron on every floor for guests convenience. Comfortable beds, clean towel even towel got holes on it 😅 ... hot shower is a must and they have it both for shower and hand sink💪🏾 friendly front office staffs. Quick service for Indian Lady work there for evening and next morning shift for her quick action/feedback to guests when theres a request. Sure we will be back but we’re not dare to recommend this hotel to someone else or family members. Overall, its a 50-50 review. Thanks all.

Two nights staying at the same hotel. Strategic location (walking distance to many restaurants) clean room, very friendly staffs, reasonable price, you can request to upgrade to sky room with minimum charges only, highly recommended hotel to stay

Receptionist Indian Girl give us a good services,5 star for her! The room was very clean,its just suitable for 2 guest,many isteresting areas nearby.

I have experienced a very beautiful holiday. All the workers do their best to help them laugh and make their best. There is also the addition to having an adult hotel. Eating sweet salads, sweet salads, drinking cocktails fresh and delicious. Besides this, the beach and the sea are very beautiful. The toilets and room cleaning are very beautiful. There are hairdressers and stores in the hotel. There are two swimming pools. All kinds of products can be found in the market very beautiful and smiles. Gökçen Madam, Turgut Bey and Göktug Bey are doing their best to help. Kookafor Özkan Bey and Angela Madam are very successful and laughing. The fun inside the hotel makes you enjoy very pleasant and beautiful. Halil Bey and Sefa Bey from the animator team are the prayers of this job. The staff at the reception, the kitchen team, the people who clean rooms are successful in their jobs. The coastal toilets are clean and the night security is very good. Thank you very much to people who have an impact on my good life. Only the only handful of the hotel's staff who react each other in front of customers when a bad incident occurs.

Happen to be they just started renovation on tge reception area, so it was a bit mess, location is the top on the list for this hotel n motor can be parked infront of the hotel enterance...

There is no toilet paper in the room and the soundproofing is worrisome. The Malay children next door were making noise and shouting early in the morning. The sheets also have a smell.
