Went up to level four, lift doors open and I am greeted with a hot carpark with cars. Couldn't see the apartment or fathom having an apartment in the carpark. Went downstairs to reception and was told that access to the carpark is via the carpark. Why would anyone want to stay in an apartment with the only access via a building carpark? Didn't feel very safe/secure.

Three terrible nights at this hotel and I would not recommend staying here. The apartment is not executive. It's dirty, smells and the beds are terrible. Even after I complained to the front desk, they did not do anything about it. No customer service at all.

Very clean, modern apartment for a group/ family. Walking distance to everything and very roomy apartments. We were very happy with our stay and would happily stay there again. The full lkitchen is useful. Pool area could use an update

Avoid Room 301, if you want a restful sleep. Stayed for a single night for a business trip. The apartment is located close to street level and much of the events at street level are very audible. The bedroom isn’t adequately soundproofed owing to door opening to the balcony. The apartment itself was clean enough although quite dated and in need of some minor repairs, and the bed linen & pillows, again while clean, are overdue for replacement.

Perfect location for our family getaway. 2 bedrooms and balcony. Not super fancy but has everything you need, we didn’t use the kitchen but it’s fully equipped and reasonable price for a night in the city. Super easy check in and check out.

Stayed for a month and satisfied with service , entertainment. The staffs were kind and supportive. The place is little noisy due to opposite hotel but close to restaurants, shops , public transport. Overall will stay next time.

Firstly, the apartment is located in a great spot, but the apartments themselves are dated and required a paint job, updated furnishings and some love to bring it up to the standard you would expect of a Quest Serviced Apartment.

Quest was a decent choice for family trip, I wish they could have a vending machine and a better aircon system, cause it pretty hot during midnight time. The most valuable thing is that they are located in the middle of the city, which is super duper ultra mega convenient for me.
