A late check-in and a little mix-up caused some grief. However, the issue was promptly resolved, and a refund was processed.
The cleanliness and quality of the apartment was very high. The location and facilities were also outstanding. If I can find another pricing deal, I would definitely stay again.

Nice clean 1-bedroom apartment with well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. Very central to South bank and West End and near the river front. Just wish that they would spend some money to heat the swimming pool during the autumn and winter months. If your apartment faces Edmondstone Street there is a high-rise apartment being constructed and the crews start working at 7 am which can be noisy.

I was so surprised when I got my room assignment on the first day.
A ba*****t room where no sunlight came in. It was so humid, cold, and dark that I couldn't turn on the light because I could see everyone coming and going. It wasn't cleaned properly, so it was really dark and I couldn't sleep. It was the first and worst room I've ever stayed in during my travels.
The next day we asked to move rooms.
I was really shocked that Trip.com told me to give them this room.
They just told me to contact Trip.com and there was no room.
I couldn't sleep at all for two days there.
We had no choice but to pay $50 more and move to the 3rd floor.
We have 25 more days left on our trip, but we haven't made a reservation on Trip.com.

There is one thing to say, the room deposit of 200 dollars has not been refunded until now. The room is quite big, but the bed in the room is not very clean. I booked the room for eight days. I woke up with a nose discomfort on the first day until I left the hotel. . But the service is very good. If there is a problem with the door lock, it will be repaired immediately. The front desk staff is also very polite, but the room hygiene and deposit issues are really unreasonable.
