The staff were incredibly friendly. They offered luggage storage service, and the nearby mall was super convenient with a wide variety of shops, a supermarket, and a food court offering many different options. I wasn't feeling well one morning, and luckily the pharmacy downstairs opened at 9 AM, so I was able to get medicine right away. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

I booked a river view room and it was really great, even better than the one I stayed in during Chinese New Year. The cleanliness this time was a bit better than last time. The only flaw is that the bed moves easily if you accidentally push it. It would be great if it had a brake! 🤣

It was a good short stay. I reached early before the Check-in time but the room was ready, and i get to check-in straight away. It was a fast check-in since i already pre-book the room from Trip.com. The room was excellent, clean. The bed was comfy. Although i didn't get to sleep full-night as i had to check-out early to catch an early flight but it was really comfortable and nice for me. The hotel also was just walking distance to the nearest mall and other shopping and F&B outlets. Everything so near, just walk around. Will defo coming back!

The room was nice, and it came with a kettle, toothbrush, towels, and tea bags. I wish I could have gotten a higher floor for a better view. I asked the front desk staff about changing floors; the Indian guy at the reception the night before said there would be a room available the next day, but the Indian lady the next day said sorry, there were no rooms. I wasn't very happy about that, but the overall stay was good.
